Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow. This is a phrase I continue to learn from and strive to always keep in mind. As I have expressed on other occasions, when it comes to growth, there is no better teacher than plants. Plants need growth, care, and attention to thrive, and so do we. Without that knowledge and experience, we will never grow enough to achieve what I believe is everyone’s ultimate goal: reaching our full potential.
A solitary seed may seem very insignificant, but with time and the necessary care, it will grow and one day become a beautiful plant with flowers or a large tree with strong branches and deep roots. On its path to growth, it will need enough water, light, and protection from pests. Similarly, we need to nourish ourselves with wisdom, positive energies, and guard against negative thoughts.
Every day, the plant has a new opportunity to grow towards the sun, and we have an opportunity to be better. Sometimes we will face storms, strong winds, or someone who will try to uproot us, and there we will learn, become more resilient, and grow stronger.
Patience, dedication, and not blaming ourselves for the bad days that are part of our growth will be small parts of a much larger process. Let’s seek everything necessary to survive the adversities inside and outside of us. One more day, one day closer to our goals and objectives.
Plants have their time to bloom, and you have your own pace to grow. An oak tree does not grow at the speed of a rose. Do not compare yourself to others; both have their flaws and virtues, and the combination of both makes them unique and beautiful. Simply, make the most of each day.

Cada día es una nueva oportunidad para aprender y crecer. Una frase de la cual sigo aprendiendo y me esfuerzo por tener siempre presente. Como he expresado en otras ocasiones, en cuanto a crecimiento, no hay mejor maestra que las plantas. Las plantas necesitan crecimiento, cuidados y atención para crecer, y nosotros también. Sin esos conocimientos y experiencias, nunca creceremos lo suficiente para lograr lo que creo es el máximo objetivo de todos nosotros: alcanzar nuestro máximo potencial.
Una semilla solitaria puede parecer muy insignificante, pero con el tiempo y el cuidado necesario logrará crecer y un día convertirse en una bella planta con flores o un gran árbol con fuertes ramas y raíces profundas. En su camino al crecimiento necesitará suficiente agua, luz y cuidarse de las plagas. De la misma manera, nosotros necesitaremos alimentarnos con sabiduría, energías positivas y cuidarnos de los malos pensamientos.
Cada día la planta tiene una nueva oportunidad de crecer hacia el sol, y nosotros una oportunidad de ser mejores. A veces enfrentaremos tormentas, vientos fuertes o alguien que tratará de arrancarnos de raíz, y ahí aprenderemos, seremos más resilientes y creceremos con mayor fuerza.
