Hello, my name is HypknowGirl. I’ve been a musician/signer my whole life. Recently, I’ve ventured into web3 music because my son, AttaBotty, is very involved in the music community. He’s been encouraging me to participate in the Vibe’s Web3 Music Competition, and I’m excited to finally take part!
For my song I chose Willie Nelson’s Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain. This song is nostalgic for me and has those bittersweet feelings we sometimes have about past loves. We can’t help but dwell on them at times. Those memories and the "what ifs" can be powerful. Music has a way of bringing those emotions to the surface, making us wonder about our alternate paths or future reunions.
It’s a little sentimental, but it’s hard not to think that way. Those connections never really fade, even if time moves on.
