Jeremías - Uno y uno es igual a 3 💥🎸🎼

Hello vibes community, for this video the truth is that I worked a lot harder than usual, to begin with I got out of my chair and went back to my old studio where I have more space to move around, as I mentioned before I didn't feel comfortable with my vocal level or my production the last few times that led me to a long pause to reinvent myself and above all present material that is really up to par and well although this still has its details and I'm a little serious in the final take haha I think I'm well on my way in this new year's resolution.

For this reason I selected a song that I know that fits me comfortably which is the one that I present today “Jeremias - One and one equals three”, I count with my details of lack of air because of how energetic I got, but I feel that I still managed to make the presentation and the voice shine, of course the energetic adds a special touch to this entry. Jeremias' song was released in 2006, it is a song that talks about typical situations of infidelity and in the verses they tell us in a short and concise way two stories that are very typical to see in Latin America, one of a woman who finds her husband being unfaithful in the car, the second one tells us how a husband got his wife with his best friend, in the chorus we can see a lyric that is a kind of satire to this infidelity topic and also something jocular and cheerful that makes it very catchy. The truth is a song that I enjoyed singing a lot, the adrenaline that ran through my body reminded me of what I used to feel on the stages where I have sung, which was very strange because I used to associate that feeling to the number of people who saw me and not the fact of singing, now I know that strength and enthusiasm always came from me and the dedication or care that I put into the presentation and not the fact of being nervous for the public.

I knew that the challenge would take me several attempts so I was mentally prepared to go up to the studio so no one would distract me and that's how I spent 40 minutes in a very hot and energetic session that left me drained, but totally satisfied. I can't tell you how many attempts it took me, but I know it was more than 5 and in fact I wanted to do more, but my voice wasn't enough for more, I think I overdid it.

Para el Outfit que seleccione quise usar una vestimenta que me gusta mucho y que de hecho use de pura casualidad para una visita en casa de mi abuela, venía saliendo del trabajo con el pantalón a cuadros y la camisa blanca que ya pueden ver que estoy usando en este video, ya le había pedido el favor a mi hermana de que me comprara los tirantes en traki y me fui allá y me los coloco mi hermana Hive account@rososoriooo para ver como me lucian, y luego mi prima Hive account@lililuki me vio y dijo wao estas de foto y así fue como esa noche comenzó una sesión de fotos bastante improvisada, pero con unos resultados muy geniales (Gracias lili eres un sol). Desde entonces ya sabía que usaría este atuendo en un cover pero en ese momento no sabía en cual aún, llego ese día con esta entrega de uno y uno es igual a tres. Guardar el atuendo para esta ocasión sí que valió la pena. (Aunque también quisiera usarlo para tocar una de lasso más adelante).

For the Outfit I selected I wanted to use an outfit that I really like and that I actually used by pure chance for a visit to my grandmother's house, I was coming out of work with the plaid pants and white shirt that you can see that I'm wearing in this video, I had already asked my sister to buy me the suspenders in traki and I went there and my sister Hive account@rososoriooo put them on me to see how I looked, and then my cousin Hive account@lililuki saw me and said wao these photo and that's how that night began a photo shoot quite improvised, but with very cool results (Thanks lili you're a sun). Since then I knew I would wear this outfit in a cover but at that moment I didn't know which one yet, that day came with this delivery of one and one equals three. Saving the outfit for this occasion was really worth it (although I would also like to use it to play one of lasso's later on).

The video really is a single static shot, in fact, I will add the uncut video to this blog, so you will appreciate totally raw how everything looked before the whole process of post production, also to see that I make mistakes haha and almost always takes me a few takes to get the covers (in this one you can only see 3 attempts but the truth is I lost count), and well to avoid a disqualification by the cut and that it is evident that it was a single take in a video. So that everyone who wants can enter to see and check how was the raw video compared to the results after editing, I did not expect that with so few resources could achieve such a great result. So no guys having little is not an excuse for not doing our best (I'm talking about myself because it was my usual excuse when I have this... when I have that). The final presentation is right at the beginning of the video and then at about minute 2:52 after a failed attempt... and starting the second attempt hunched over, I made my third attempt which was a success. I really liked the idea of the transition from my hand to my back and that's why I did it that way.

Primero separe los cortes que hice ya que como podrán ver en el video de muestra me tomo 3 intentos en esta toma sacar la canción, y como sabía que la cortaría en esta ocasión hice una transición… tapando mi cámara con la mano para que quedara la pantalla en negro y conectándola con una toma que inicia al contrario desde el negro de la hebilla de mi pantalón luego de que empecé a caminar, poco a poco se fue despejando la pantalla hasta llegar al punto donde realizaría mi presentación, la verdad aquí la técnica del punto negro me salió mal y tuve que ayudarme con un cierre y una apertura en post edición para que la pantalla si quedaran totalmente en negro. En este proceso de transición aproveche de colocar el banner que hizo está preciosa chica Hive account@vivicafields, es quien me ayuda a que la estética de mis covers y post están quedando tan geniales.

First I separated the cuts I made because as you can see in the sample video it took me 3 attempts in this shot to get the song, and as I knew I would cut it this time I made a transition.... covering my camera with my hand so that the screen would be black and connecting it with a shot that starts on the contrary from the black of the buckle of my pants after I started walking, little by little the screen was clearing until I reached the point where I would make my presentation, the truth here the technique of the black point went wrong and I had to help me with a close and an opening in post editing so that the screen would be totally black. In this transition process I took the opportunity to place the banner that this beautiful girl Hive account@vivicafields made, she is the one who helps me to make the aesthetics of my covers and post look so great.

Here starts my cover and I applied several tracking points and other frame by frame changes to give it the dynamism you see in the presentation. As the theme and my interpretation was so energetic I decided to accompany this with the main screen, I can't believe how much change and dynamism the simple fact of eliminating only one element, the chair, generated in my presentation.

I am starting to implement the subtitles in English and Spanish so that everyone has the comfort and scope to see what it's all about in detail without losing anything. I hope you enjoy my cover and I wish you all a lot of success in this week of competition.
