For this week, I bring you a musical classic which I heard for the first time in the Netflix series "La Casa de Papel".... It is Bella Ciao, it is a popular Italian song that was adopted as an anthem of the anti-fascist resistance (it was an armed movement of opposition to fascism and Nazi occupation troops installed in Italy during World War II).
Para esta semana, les traigo un clásico musical el cual escuché por primera vez en la serie de Netflix "La Casa de Papel".... Se trata de Bella Ciao, es una canción popular italiana que fue adoptada como un himno de la resistencia antifascista ( fue un movimiento armado de oposición al fascismo y a las tropas de ocupación nazis instaladas en Italia durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial.)

It is a song that is a symbol of character, momentum and the strength of a people! It shows history of what we can achieve together, and if just as the partisans did to defend themselves from the Nazis.... We as musicians could achieve great things together! Let's go without weapons, but rather using our instruments and voices to fight violence and make a better world starting from music!
Es una canción que es símbolo de carácter, ímpetu y la fortaleza de un pueblo! Muestra historia de lo que podemos lograr juntos, y si así como hicieron los partisanos para defenderse de los nazis... Nosotros como músicos podríamos lograr grandes cosas unidos! Vamos que sin armas, sino más bien usando nuestros instrumentos y voces para combatir la violencia y hacer un mundo mejor partiendo de la música!
