"Californication" - VIBES🎵 / WEB3 Music Competition Week 2 / Bass Cover by @musicandreview

We are already in week 2 of the VIBES WEB3 Music Competition and I must say that I am impressed with the great amount of participations that week 1 had, but besides that, there were presentations of great quality, I am not exaggerating when I say that I learned a lot from the users who stood out with good music. I could see that there is a winner of week 1 and in that sense I want to congratulate Hive account@attabotty for his wonderful participation, he has a great talent and along with that he gave us an entry worthy of a great artist.

In a previous post I mentioned that I am taking up the bass again after several years without being able to play it since I was away from home, which is why I had to leave it resting and waiting for my return. I haven't had much time to practice, but little by little I'm getting back into the rhythm. I want to take advantage of this space to share a bass cover of a song that I'm sure you know and probably like, since I consider it a classic of contemporary rock.

What I bring you today is a bass cover of "Californication", a song by the well known band Red Hot Chili Peppers. I took an excerpt of the original song so as not to bore you with the whole song since it is over 4 minutes long, but I made sure that the parts that stand out the most are in the performance. I got the track from the band's official YouTube channel and used the Moises application to remove the bass. For recording I used my Lexicon Alpha audio interface and Cubase 5 for mixing.
