Life, as always stated, surprises us. It occasionally gives us opportunities that we never imagined and occasionally the future that we observe is not the one we had imagined at the beginning anyway. It is the unexpected things that happen and development and exploration actually takes place. Today, I would like to share one of these moments in my life and that is becoming a member of this platform, which I believe is a place where I can learn and discuss myself, where I can find myself.
My name is Samuel Adeyemi and I would be very delighted to share my story, sammywrite with this great community. It is not a rushed naming decision, I chose it because it describes me and the way I would like to be here.
I am commonly referred to as Sammy which is the short form of my name and a writer tells people that I love writing, that I love to create something and inspire and educate people through words. I have never thought of writing as a mere hobby but a lifestyle a medium of thought, inspiration and ideas and as well a medium of creating a good impression on other people.
I am holding a BSc in Computer Science in Malete, Kwara State University. I have learned several things during my university life. In spite of the fact my course of studies equipped me with technical knowledge, as well as, equipped me with the skills in analysis, it also gave me a chance to pay attention to other areas of personal development.
The most useful lessons that have been learnt include the fact that formal education is not a unilateral affair but only a very small fraction of the big picture. True happiness tends to be found in doing what you like and giving back your talents back to the world.
Beyond academics, I have always been intrigued with writing, content creation and music. Precisely, writing has been a very joyful and inspirational experience to me. I like the way words can unite people, make them think and do something. Music is another thing that I love and it complements my writing. It helps me to reflect, have a break and get creativity in a place when least expected. I also enjoy creating content in a way that brings value to other people- whether it is an article, storytelling or personal thoughts.
Despite the fact that I have not yet acquired much experience regarding professional activity in the sphere of content creation, I have always been trying to find ways to contribute to spreading knowledge and helping people develop. I often served as a mentor to other students in training their voices and communication skills at the university.
The lesson has shown me the importance of serving and inspiring others and it reinforced in me that knowledge sharing is one of the most powerful ways of making a difference. It was also a wake up call to me of what I can do with my skills and passions to make a difference in lives.
This platform has been discovered in the course of the research of how I could make my passion of writing and content creation not only the projects and blogs which I do on my own. I needed a place where I could find out on their part, develop a formal relationship, and could create something of value by making it, and Hive was recommended to me more than once. I am then enthusiastic about what could be done and what could be done in future. It is not only a place to share, but a social group of like-minded individuals sharing knowledge, motivating each other to progress, and assisting in achieving their goals.
My content posting on this platform will mostly be inspirational and knowledge based in nature. I want to write the articles and posts that could make people improve themselves, become interested and work in order to become better.
I will aim at engaging but at the same time meaningful content- writing that will introduce the reader with something significant that they can apply in their lives. I believe that any writing may be inspirational, educational or thought-provoking and I want to make the most of this platform.
My motivation in the case is a simple assumption: It can always be better. Such an attitude helps me to behave on perpetual self-enhancement, new knowledge, and to rise above my shortcomings. I believe that every day is an opportunity to be better, learn and change something. It is in this philosophy that I would like to motivate people to strive hard to get what they want and enjoy it.
Joining this platform does not only have to do with sharing my ideas, it has to do with building new relationships, learning more about people and being in a community where people prioritize growth and positivity. I am eager to find contact with the other writers, creators and thinkers, exchange ideas with them, and collaborate with them in a manner that would not only enrich my journey, but that of other people as well. This is an opportunity I am seizing both to do this and also to write and to learn, grow and make a big impression.
And lastly, I am looking forward to starting this process at sammywrite. I am ready to take the challenges, to learn experiences and be of some good contribution to this community. My writing would like to inspire, educate and meet people of all classes of life. I also look forward to producing content that would be valuable, generate reflection and spur action. Life is not predictable and with passion, dedication and the right mind-set, this would be the place of growth, success and valuable contribution.
