We're back at Thorgast fishing for our Soul Ash which is an ingredient needed to craft legendary armor. Every week a new layer will be available so everyone has time to gear up a bit to be able to finish it and collect their soul ash, of course each layer becomes increasingly difficult (especially to run solo as a dps only class). Here we're doing a layer 4 of the lower spire. These take some time to play, roughly an hour each if you don't skip any mobs, the point is that each last boss can be different so you don't know if it'll be an easy one or a difficult one so you don't wanna gamble on skipping mobs and not getting certain anima power that may drop from them to be able to finish the last boss.
Here we are doing layer 5 of the upper spire, this one took even longer than the previous one and you could tell mobs were starting to hit a lot harder - especially early before you had managed to build any anima power.
How has your Shadowlands experience been so far? You enjoying it more than the previous expansions or did you also just get back to playing WoW due to covid like many others?
