Hello fellow gamers, today I bring a series of gameplays of one of my favorite mobile games: Kingdom Rush, this is the origins version and it was the first one I played some time ago. I decided to make it the second gameplay I recorded because I have already played it several times so I know it pretty well.
Kingdom Rush is a series of video games developed by an Uruguayan company called Ironhide Game Studio, it's a medieval style tower-defense. It is available for mobile phones (Android and iOS), computers (Windows, Linux and MacOS) and also for Nintendo Switch, Origins is the third game in this series and it is particularly my favorite.
It is a game that I really enjoy to play because it has quite a few levels and it increases in difficulty as we progress, there are some that can be a challenge when you play it for the first time. In each level we have a number of resources to build our defenses and as we kill enemies we earn gold to improve our towers, we have heroes that we can also improve little by little. The enemies come to us in several waves, at the beginning there are few, we start with only 6, but in advanced levels we get up to 15 waves and in some we even face special bosses.
For me one of the best things of this game is that it does not require a very powerful phone, nor is it necessary to have an internet connection to play it, you only need it if you want to save your progress in the cloud, plus you can finish it without investing an extra penny in it, so, if you are free to play you will love Kingdom Rush: Origins and it is definitely a game you should try if you like tower defense.
In this opportunity I want to share with you the first ten videos I recorded of this game in which I cover the first 12 levels, I'm almost half way through since there are 21 levels in total, plus two special levels, all with different difficulties to choose from. I hope you enjoy the videos and that you are encouraged to play it.
GAMEPLAY #1
In this first video we start the story, we learn the way the towers work, as well as we meet the first enemies. We learn to use the basics of the game like the reinforcements, the thunder and the storm of arrows of Eridan, our base hero of the game.
First level - Gray Ravens.
It has six waves, I used towers of archers and barricades. Our heroes faced Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burber, creatures with fire and some regular enemies.
Second level - The high cross.
It has eight waves, I used towers of archers, barricades and wizards. Our heroes faced Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burners, Gnoll gnawer.
GAMEPLAY #2
In this part we finish levels three and four, we continue to level up our towers, as well as our hero and if you get three stars, that is, not to stay with less than 17 hearts, the other towers are unlocked at level 3 and the archers at level 4.
Third level - Waterfalls trail.
It has 10 waves, I used towers of archers, barricades, wizards and stones. Our heroes faced Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burber, Gnoll Gnawer, Hyenas (fast beasts) and Perython (flying beasts carrying Gnolls).
Fourth level - Redwood stand.
It has 14 waves, I used towers of archers, barricades, wizards and stones. Our heroes faced Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burners, Gnoll gnawer, Hyenas, Perython Gnoll Blighter (magical gnolls) and Ettins (two-headed giants).
GAMEPLAY #3
In this video we face the 15 waves of enemies finishing level 5 with three stars, I was able to upgrade the barracks to level 4 and we have the assistance of Alleria Swifwind to help our hero Eridan in the battle.
Fifth level - Royal Gardens.
It has 15 waves, I used towers of archers, barricades, wizards, and stones. Our heroes faced: Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burners, Gnoll gnawer, Gnoll catapults, Hyenas, Perython, Gnoll Blighter, Ettin and Harasser (twilight elf warriors).
GAMEPLAY #4
In this video we reach the sixth level and we get to unlock a new wild magus lvl 4 tower.
Sixth level - Gryphon Point.
I has 15 waves, I used towers of archers, barricades, wizards and stones. Our heroes faced Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burners, Gnoll gnawer, Gnoll catapults, Hyena, Perython, Gnoll Blighter, Ettin, Harasser and the Chief Hi-Hi Enha.
GAMEPLAY #5
In this video we are at level 7, we unlock the Arch-druid henge tower of the Stones lvl 4 and we meet new enemies.
Seventh level - Rockhenge.
It has 15 waves, I used towers of archers, barricades and wizards. Our heroes faced Harassers, Sword spiders, Cutthoat, Hoplite and Webspitter.
GAMEPLAY #6
In this video we reached level 8, we unlock the archer towers lvl 4 Golden longbows and the barricades lvl 4 Bladesing hall, as well as we can see how the enemy waves are getting stronger and stronger, so we upgrade our towers and our hero Eridan.
Eighth level - Grimmsburg.
It has 15 waves, I used towers of Arcane archers, Barricades (Bladesing hall), wizards (Wild magus) and Stones (Arch druid henge). Our heroes faced Cutthoats, Hoplites, Gloomies, Harassers, Scourgers and Bandersnatches.

In this video we are at level 9, we unlock a new tower and upgrade the wizards to lvl 4.
Ninth level - The crystal lake.
It has 15 waves, I used towers of Archers, Barricades, Wizards and Stones. Our heroes faced Gnoll reavers, Gnoll burners, Gnoll gnawer, Gnoll catapults, Hyena, Perython, Gnoll Blighter, Ettin and Harasser.

In this video we are at level 10, with 15 waves and we continue to raise our towers.
Tenth level - Neverwonder.
It has 15 waves, I used towers of Archers (Arcane archers lvl 4), Barricades (Bladesing hall lvl 4), Wizards (Wild magus lvl 4) and Stones (Arch druid henge lvl 4). Our heroes faced Sword spiders, Scourgers, cutthoats, Hoplites, Web spiders, Harassers, Red caps, Avengers, Boomshrooms (A variation of unstable mushrooms), Munchshrooms (huge mushrooms) and Breeders (Mushroom Lords).
GAMEPLAY #9
In this part of our adventure we are already at level 11 where we fight against the boss Malice who will make our life impossible by putting spider webs on our towers and on the special powers of Eridian, leaving them unusable for a while, making the game more difficult. Also in this part, we raise to the top the skills of our hero.
Eleventh level - The unseelie court.
It has 15 waves, I used towers of Archers (Arcane archers lvl 4), Barricades (Bladesing hall lvl 4), Wizards (Wild magus lvl 4) and Stones (Arch druid henge lvl 4). Our heroes faced Sword spiders, Scourgers, cutthoats, Hoplites, Web spitters, Bandersnatches, Gloomies, Harassers, Red caps, Avengers, Boomshrooms, Munchshrooms, and Breeders.
GAMEPLAY #10
In this part of our adventure we are reach the 12th level of the game, where we fight against new enemies like the golem, an enemy unit that makes things very difficult for us.
Twelfth level - The Ascent
It has 15 waves, I used towers of Archers (Arcane archers lvl 4), Barricades (Bladesing hall lvl 4), Wizards (Wild magus lvl 4) and Stones (Arch druid henge lvl 4). Our heroes faced Sword spiders, Scourgers, Harassers, Avengers, Razorboars (wild hogs), Evokes (spider wizards) and Golems (rocks animated by wizards).
