Today, I will share with my progress in GOW Ragnarok that features Angrboda and Atreus merry go round around Ironwood. Ofcourse, the difficulty is still in Give me God of War.
Without further ado, let's begin!
Atreus begins to learn more about Agrboda's vibes and stroll through Ironwood, sometimes Draugrs appears and those vicious salamanders.
Angrboda lead the path to where she lives and on the way, they found this ginormous medallion. It belonged to a giant called Idi's Medallion. The spirit of youth kicked in and Angrboda challenged Atreus to race to the medallion and the one to finish it first would win... she won of course.
Angrboda said that the murals had been chronicled by her mother after she had heard from Groa.
Once back at the tent, Loki saw a few murals predrawn and there and found his shrine. This time, he saw the bit he did not see the first time back in Jotunnheim. His father gets killed... maybe because of him?
And, he joins Odin's cause. He wouldn't betray his father, ever, period, but seeing this "drawing of foresight", Atreus became visibly confused and enraged and turned into a wolf!
She tried to remain calm and helped him calm down. Atreus changed back to his normal form and did not understand how did that happen. Another detail in this image is that you can see the medallion she is wearing in her ring. Its almost similar to Idi's one, would that mean that depending on the size of the wearer, the thing would magically fit?
He was still having a hard time believing that his father would die and he would instantly serve Odin. She stated that thing always turn out as they are professed in the murals. She also asked him to focus on being a giant first, take his mind off the prophecy stuff.
They went toward the edge of the lake and she called for her steed, a cow named Jalla. They were going to plant some seeds, forage fruits to eat, and feed her cow while at it. This cow was huge, big enough to carry 4 people easily.
After that, I travelled the map doing more side quests and puzzles until it came back to the main quest line.
They reach the point where they see the 5 fingers, the highest peak in all the realms. Atreus shared that his father and himself had been there to spread his mother's ashes as per her request. The corpses left infront of that mountain was done deliberately by the giants; Angrboda added, in order to trick Odin, if he even could find his way into Jotunnheim while they removed their souls frfom their bodies and into little marbles. Atreus had found some of them before and now, she delivered him a whole bag of them. He didn't know what to do with it and asked for guidance, she promptly rejected any involvement from it as her part in this entire prophecy was done.
And that's all I could play through as it was almost iftar time and I had to pray before breaking my fast.
