Crownrend is a kindgom simulator from Hive account@deathwing and Hive account@mrtats, the Denar Token is used to increase various stats, is generated by each kingdom, and can also be gained by raiding other kingdoms.

I confirmed with Mr. Tats and Deathwing that the only DENAR token entering the market was generated by playing the game. The developers are not selling DENAR. Most spare DENAR is currently being used to level up kingdoms. The team said they had even purchased some themselves from the market.
