Hey Hivers What's up?
Yeah we meet again here at hive, have a nice day.β
F1 2020 is the latest work produced by the Codemasters. The game I have been waiting for a long time and can now play it in the latest series and the new season, as well as some additional features like never before. Codemasters as developers get input from real F1 professional racers and improve car performance in the game. Especially for the mechanical parts of the accelerator and brakes, Codemasters has provided adjustments in the latest F1 2020 series.
And not only that the F1 2020 game was also released to the platform : PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC. And the list of circuits in the F1 2020 season will present 2 new circuits, namely the Hanoi Street Circuit in Vietnam and the Netherlands Circuit Zandvoort in the Netherlands. In addition to the Sepang Circuit and Marina Bay Street Circuit, the Hanoi Street Circuit places the southeast Asian region on the prestigious F1 race map.
And in F1 2020 games in addition to Career mode, My Team mode is the main attraction of the latest F1 game series. In this mode you will play the role of managing a Formula 1 team from the start. And as the game progresses, at the same time you can feel almost every detail of managing a Formula 1 team. Recruiting racers, choosing machines, prototyping cars, connecting with sponsors, and many others are some of the things that you will face.
Gameplay F1 2020
Nah! Last year we got a more complete career mode, where drivers can start from another new F2 addition and fight gradually to the top of the Drivers Championship. And all of that back, more or less with a number of classic cars there is the Schumacher edition, so as you can imagine, there are some classic Ferraris that can be chosen with a number of interesting Benetton and McLaren, two new tracks that make the total to 22, and a mode My Team that allows you to build your own team against the giants of this sport.
Okay let's talk a little about the gameplay itself. F1 is an annual franchise, it means that the increase occurs gradually. From that point of view, there isn't much change between this year's game and last year's game with a 9/10 score from me. And what I like most about F1 is the range of experiences available to players, which is further enhanced by the addition of the My Team mode and an easily accessible casual control scheme. If you want to play this simulation realistically, where every stick/steering movement affects what happens on the track, and where each millisecond really does, then you can get it. Likewise if you are a casual racing fan who wants to race without having to think about many things, you can still do it.
And the My Team mode allows you to explore the idea of managing racing teams in more detail. Even though you only have a little experience on the track, there is no need to be afraid, because here the error in driving does not have too bad a result. It's really up to you, the reach of the braking/driving assistance and gameplay features that you can change and manage are very impressive. Even though you simplify the racing part of this mode, you can still explore other aspects : this mode allows you to recruit a co-driver to race with you, and you will negotiate contracts with sponsors, work with a team to develop a car, and talk to the press, provide quotes that can improve team morale.
Some media interviews began to feel repetitive as I advanced to the second half of the competition season. However, other than that the My Team mode is so interesting and detailed. You can edit cars, drivers and badges, then recruit co-drivers, build competition with people like Lewis Hamilton my mortal enemy in many matches, and generally sharpen every detail of your operation to get an edge on the track. There is also research that can be done, upgrades to be implemented, tires to choose from, and emails to read.
And most of your planning is related to prep preparation. During three practice sessions and qualifications, you can prepare for the main event by studying the track and doing a number of tests. Examples include driving through gates or optimizing tires and fuel. I spend a little time on laps of practice, usually completing two or three tasks in the first sessions, before simulating the rest.
However, more dedicated players may spend every possible second on the track, managing every small detail before participating in a full duration race that requires careful management of tires and fuel with a number of pitstops and penalties for aggressive or inconsistent movements. I will say it again, I am truly impressed by how you can change things to match the race day experience as you wish. xD β
