Soon after, the neighbors arrive to welcome us. They bring me a cake and sit down to tell us about the changes in the neighborhood, property values, neighbors, etc. My sims did not like the cake they brought her as a gift, however she said it was good:

Ya al poco rato llegan los vecinos a darnos la bienvenida, me traen un pastel y se sientan a contarnos sobre los cambios en el barrio, valores de propiedad, vecinos, etc. A mi sims no le gustó el pastel que le trajeron como regalo, no obstante dijo que estaba bueno:

As for the neighborhood, we have a small garden nearby, where María can begin to take her first steps in terms of her passion: gardening, and from time to time have a delicious snack at the kiosk.
En cuanto al barriecito, tenemos cerca un jardincito, donde María puede comenzar a dar sus primeros pasos en cuanto a su pasión: la jardinería, y de vez en cuando merendar un delicioso aperitivo en el kiosquito.
