Hello, gamers! We're back at Spencer Manor in the shoes of Jill Valentine. It was quite fun this episode and as you'd expect in Resident Evil games, we had to walk around a thousand times.
¡Hola, gamers! Regresamos a la mansión Spencer en los zapatos de Jill Valentine. Fue bastante divertido este episodio y como es de esperarse en juegos de Resident Evil, tuvimos que dar mil vueltas.
Remember how I died trying to do this puzzle? Well, I had to do it all over again and this time fortunately I made it.
¿Recuerdan que morí al intentar hacer este puzzel? Bueno, tuve que hacer todo de nuevo y esta vez afortunadamente lo logré
It turns out that it has a specific order, first we use the first panel, then the second panel, then the valve and finally the second panel again, so I was able to drain all the water and finish going through the installations.
Resulta que tiene un orden específico, primero usamos el primer panel, luego el segundo, después la válvula y nuevamente el segundo panel, así pude vaciar toda el agua y terminar de recorrer las instalaciones.
The huge, horrendous shark that smiled at us through the glass was there in agony, and as we are thalassophobic and bathophobic, that was not enough for us....

So we fried it with a battery 🙂😅 I didn't want to risk him ripping my face or a leg off when I walked past him when he came back.

then, in the billiard room, I came across this which was clearly a new puzzle.... I don't actually remember it being in the original game.

I also had no idea if the billiard balls had anything to do with the oil lamps, however, I made a note of the colours and numbers of the billiard balls, as well as the designs and colours of the lamps, just in case 😏👌.

With an insecticide we got, I was able to get rid of the huge wasps that were hanging around this corridor.

And just as well, because just look at how they left this man.

The Puzzle of the billiard room was solved here, and yes it was related, it turns out that the figures above corresponded to the lamps and the numbers we see below are equivalent to those of the billiard balls that had to be the same colour as the lamps, so the first figure was orange, so we had to put the number of the orange billiard ball, and in this way successively with the other figures.
El Puzzel de la sala de billar se resolvía aquí, y sí estaba relacionado, resulta que las figuras de arriba correspondían con las lamparas y los números que vemos abajo equivalen a los de las bolas de billar que tenían que ser del mismo color que las lamparas, entonces la primera figura era de color naranja, así que teníamos que poner el numero de la bola de billar naranja y de esta forma sucesivamente con las otras figuras.
Having gained access to the room that protected that password, we found ourselves in a kind of biochemical laboratory where we can prepare the special herbicide for plant 47, so we started to work.
Al tener acceso a la sala que protegía esa contraseña, nos encontramos en una especie de laboratorio bioquímico en donde podemos preparar el herbicida especial para la planta 47, así que nos pusimos manos a la obra.
The puzzle to make the herbicide seems complicated as it's all about adding up and based on the result, knowing what to mix in those jars. I'm a sucker for numbers and at first the pile of formulas momentarily stressed me out, but I quickly understood the process and started to make the mixtures until I got a satisfactory result.
El puzzel para hacer el herbicida parece complicado ya que se trata de sumar, y en base a el resultado, debes saber que mezclar en esos frascos. Yo soy un asco con los números y de entrada el montón de fórmulas me estresaron momentáneamente, pero rápidamente entendí el proceso y me puse a hacer las mezclas hasta que logré el resultado satisfactorio
Then I went back down to the basement to spray the herbicide on the roots of the plant.
Luego bajé de nuevo al sótano para rociar el herbicida a las raíces de la planta.
I think, if I'm not mistaken, by doing this, we avoid having to fight with the plant, that is to say we can choose whether the plant becomes a boss for us or not. If we don't throw the herbicide at it we have to kill it by shooting it, I always prefer to save bullets as much as possible.
Creo, si no me equivoco, que al hacer esto, nos evitamos tener que luchar con la planta, es decir podemos elegir si la planta se convierte en un boss para nosotros o no. Si no le arrojamos el herbicida debemos matarlas a tiro, yo prefiero siempre ahorrar balas lo más que pueda.
But this wouldn't be Resident Evil without a boss that supposedly dies and comes back to attack 😂😂 thank goodness Barry saved us in the end with his flamethrower (who knows where he got it from).
Pero esto no sería Resident Evil sin un boss que supuestamente muere y vuelve a atacar 😂😂 menos mal que al final Barry nos salvó con su lanzallamas (que quien sabe de dónde sacó)
At the end of the battle, we got the last of the keys to the mansion, and I decided to leave the gameplay until here because I thought that battle was perfect for the end of this post.
Al final de la batalla, conseguimos la última de las llaves de la mansión, y decidí dejar el gameplay hasta aquí ya que se me hizo idóneo esa batalla para terminar.
