¡Ya era hora de que empezara a jugar algo nuevo! he tenido algunas semanas bastante duras y creo que esta vez escogi un juego simple con el que pueda divertirme y relajarme sin mas, Stardew Valley siempre ha estado en mi lista para jugar y no veo mejor oportunidad para empezarlo que esta, lo puse a descargar y despues de ver algunos datos del juego me decidi a grabar un video que saldra proximamente y comentar algunas de mis primeras experiencias en el juego, he de aclarar que aunque si habia visto algo de gameplay de Stardew Valley se que no ha sido ni la mitad del contenido del titulo, su creador ha estado constantemente agregando nuevas opciones y modos de juego con el paso de los años y con la ayuda de la comunidad esto no ha hecho mas que potenciarse, por eso he decidido darle un vistazo y jugarlo.
Para los que no conozcan aun a Stardew Valley, es un poco complejo definirlo, nacio como una respuesta del creador a la caida en desgracia de su saga favorita Harvest Moon el cual era un simulador de granja tal cual lo es Stardew Valley, pero en este juego no solo te limitas a la granja, lo genial es que vas descubriendo un mar de opciones que cambian una y otra vez las dinamicas del juego, las relaciones con otros personajes se me vienen a la cabeza en lo que puede ser un simulador parecido a Sims si lo pienso detenidamente, pero eso no es todo! Porque el juego tambien tiene una faceta de supervivencia cuando introduce a los monstruos y todo el daño que pueden hacer, convirtiendo el juego en determinadas partes a algo asi como un RPG.
Que complicado es definir este juego. Cuando lo que pretende es abarcar todo lo que pueda!
La premisa de como llegamos a esta granja es cuanto menos emotiva, el juego trata muy bien esos momentos de reflexion y cambio de rumbo aunque solo se baste de algunos pixeles para hacerlo, nuestro abuelo nos hereda una granja despues de entregarnos una carta que solo abriremos cuando nos sintamos sin fuerzas y espiritu para el mundo moderno, nuestro retiro espiritual en una vieja granja que desde que nuestro abuelo viviese ahi habia estado en las ruinas pero parte de un pueblo de lo mas peculiar, en el sur del pais, Stardew Valley y sus habitantes son el verdadero protagonista de esta historia y la razon por la que muchos seguramente adoran a este juego, rebosan personalidad por todos lados y mientras un NPC comun solo genera una serie de dialogos concretos, en Stardew Valley parece como si todo tuviese un progreso.
En esta primera sesion no hice demasiados amigos aunque si tuve la oportunidad de recorrer gran parte del mapa y me ha sorprendido gratamente como cada personaje fuera de granja pareciese feliz o curioso de que yo haya llegado recientemente, pude tambien conocer algunos edifios clave como una tienda o un taller de la mano de estos personajes, aunque solo fui a saludar creo que el balance es positivo y hasta siento que tengo mejores vecinos que en la vida real lol, de cualquier forma tocaba limpiar la granja ya que queremos cultivar toda la tierra que se pueda para luego vender algo y ganar dinero asi que empece a trabajar primero desmalezando todo el terreno.
No hice demasiado en la granja porque sinceramente lo que esta fuera de esta creo que es mas interesante pero las tareas que se pueden hacer por aca son como un punto de anclaje para que siempre haya que hacer algo, en esta ocasion estuve la mayoria del tiempo limpiando pero tambien puedo empezar a plantar o decorar un poco antes de hacerlo y en el medio ir al pueblo a entablar amistades o incluso ir a las areas desconocidas a ver que hay, siempre cuando se hace de noche nos dan la opcion de volver a la granja y dejar que pase el dia, algo que me ha parecido muy util para cuando me pierda y no tenga en donde pasar la noche, el juego tiene una infinidad de opciones desde su inventario y me encanta que haya un arbol de relaciones para entender mas a fondo con quien estamos bien y con quien hay un conflicto.
Hasta ahora mis dos personajes favoritos son el alcalde Lewis y Robin que son los que me introdujeron a la granja y a los espacios de Stardew Valley, tambien al parecer Robin puede ayudarme a construir ciertas cosas pero hasta ahora no la encuentro por ninguna parte, en este juego tambien podemos casarnos y mudarnos tambien con alguno de los residentes de este pueblo y creo que Robin se esta ganando todos los boletos para ser mi esposa proximamente lol

La sesion de hoy a sido bastante relajantes en muchas partes, he vivido algunas semanas en donde el estres es una constante pero este juego me hace sentir un poco mas en control, muchos lo llaman una terapia hecha juego y aunque aun no paso ni la primera etapa si que empiezo a sentirme un poco mas relajado en muchas de las tareas que me ponen, lo ideal es que no es un juego que tenga alguna pantalla de Game Over o similares sino que cada sesion de juego esta enfocada en realizar tareas simples y relacionarte con el entorno, a mi me ha gustado esta primera sesion y espero volver muy pronto a esa granja a seguirla limpiando y quiza en la siguiente sesion a cultivar algo. In this first session I didn't make too many friends although I did have the opportunity to walk around much of the map and I was pleasantly surprised how every character outside the farm seemed happy or curious that I had recently arrived, I could also meet some key buildings such as a store or a workshop by the hand of these characters, although I only went to say hello I think the balance is positive and I even feel that I have better neighbors than in real life lol, anyway I had to clean the farm because we want to cultivate as much land as possible to then sell something and earn money so I started to work first weeding all the land.
I didn't do too much on the farm because honestly what is outside of it I think is more interesting but the tasks that can be done here are like an anchor point so that there is always something to do, this time I spent most of the time cleaning but I can also start planting or decorating a little before doing so and in between go to town to make friends or even go to the unknown areas to see what is there, always when it gets dark we are given the option to return to the farm and let the day pass, something that I found very useful for when I get lost and have nowhere to spend the night, the game has a myriad of options from your inventory and I love that there is a tree of relationships to understand more deeply with whom we are well and with whom there is a conflict.
So far my two favorite characters are Mayor Lewis and Robin who are the ones who introduced me to the farm and the spaces of Stardew Valley, also apparently Robin can help me build certain things but so far I can't find her anywhere, in this game we can also get married and move in with any of the residents of this town and I think Robin is earning all the tickets to be my wife soon lol
Today's session has been quite relaxing in many parts, I have lived some weeks where stress is a constant but this game makes me feel a little more in control, many call it a therapy made game and although I have not even passed the first stage I am starting to feel a little more relaxed in many of the tasks they put me, The ideal is that it is not a game that has a Game Over screen or similar but each game session is focused on performing simple tasks and interacting with the environment, I liked this first session and I hope to return very soon to that farm to continue cleaning it and maybe in the next session to grow something.
