It has been quiet for a long time. The CraftInk Team likes to apologize to you for this. This message is intended to clear things up and create transparency.

The last few months have been eventful. As in real life, people come and go. So we had to let people go as well, concerning both CraftInk and the HiQ project. First of all, we had to let our artist bubblegif go. We had a very tight workload so far, which was almost impossible to manage even with the previous staff. That burned us out. In addition, there have been some real-life changes to the core team members, which have made it almost impossible to balance Hive and real life at the same time. In the end we also had to let Mary go. 

With quekery and smooms, real life things have largely calmed down, so that nothing stands in the way of them picking work up again. Unfortunately not to the extent that might have been possible before, but in such a way that things can move forward. Because that's what we all want to see... that the CraftInk project (Editor's note: And HiQ. LOOL) continues to move forward.

We discussed and planned the next steps for CraftInk yesterday and HiQ will follow shortly. At this point also a big thanks to all internal (ravenmus1c, bechibenner [a.k.a. Bindi], themyscira, tengolotodo, incublus, thatgermandude) and external people (a.m.m.) who support and have supported us.

Sorry this is so long, but thanks for your patience and see you on the chain.

P.S.: The next season will start, as usual, on Monday with Season 33.

TL;DR: People have left the team, team burnt out, Real Life Struggle, but we will continue soon.

CraftInk Pack Promo Discount - INK Event

During the Buzzparty Hamburg 2024 (presentation in video form is not released yet), the CraftInk team announced a promo campaign. And finaly, after a long break, the time has come. Hivians and Incubusters from all communities can now take part in the event. With a limit of 25 packs per user, you can buy packs for 600 INK per pack. For the time being, however, only 1000 packs can be purchased with INK.

To buy packs send the necessary INK to Hive account@hiq with the memo: PROMO DISCOUNT

Next Steps

Now that there has been a long period of silence about the CraftInk project, the machinery has to start up again. The team has already sat down together and discussed the next steps. The entire minigame development was planned and divided into small steps. These will now be worked through step by step. Development has restarted and the team is currently working on:

INK Deposit (deposit finished/withdraw not finished)
implementing INK rewards payed out to ingame INK account
Season rewards for each group adjusted (1/3 of old rewards except Booster Packs)
Website overhaul + Patchnote Account
Fixing minor Bugs

Due to real life commitments and the lack of manpower, the team has decided to limit the workload to 1 to a maximum of 2 working days per week in order to keep the Life-Hive-Balance stable and avoid burnout.
