Mi mayor asombro fue cuando supe que mi querido fontanero fue creado bajo una adaptación del tan no menos popular Popeye, organizacionalmente hubo ciertos problemas y como no alcanzaron llegar a un acuerdo les toco innovar el personaje colocándole un enorme bigote lo cual llevo a ser la personalidad de nuestro protagonista y para 1983 reaparece con su gran nombre Mario Bros junto a su gran amigo Luigi.
