Dear Kindred 🩸🧛🏻‍♂️🫀

The time has finally come for me to ascend from the Elysium hub area in Bloodhunt to finally take on my first human opponents in a match of solos. This is where we will finally find out if this is actually as fun as it looks. I love vampires, but don't usually have the same affinity towards battle royale games. Bloodhunt has my attention, but it hasn't secured my total recommendation yet.

I went with the Prowler archetype for my first match, I thought that the recon-like abilities would be of great use to me since I have no clue how to navigate this map of Prague. I selected to spawn at the Abandoned Mall, which turned out to be an excellent decision.

It took me a bit to get used to the controls and everything, which led me to get downed once. I got lucky and the guy didn't finish me off, which allowed me to get back up. I needed blood to restore my health, which I found in a short time. After this, I vowed to not fall again.

I was able to defeat several enemies and even made it to the final three people left. In the end, I rushed too early and it caused me and the person who got 2nd place to get killed by the lone survivor.

During and after the match, my blood was pumping. This game is very exciting and really fun to play. I'm hyped to continue playing Bloodhunt and hopefully get really good at it.
