The hunt is finally over
After a month of daily searching online to find PlayStation 5 restocks, I finally had some success. This makes my second PS5 from Wal-Mart.
I was lucky enough to get a PS5 delivered to me on launch day, but it was not so easy to find a second one for my brother McChesney. At last the mission is successful.
PS5 in hand
My bro’s PS5 wasn’t supposed to be delivered until January 8, but it came early! Just in time for Christmas actually. I got a call from him just a few minutes after it was delivered. He was there to answer the door and knew right away what it was.
Cannot contain the excitement
The feeling of getting something brand new that is so sought after is unlike much else. Sometimes you just need to be silly to show how happy you are. My dad, brother, and I are a lot alike; we all have a great sense of humor and love doing nice things for one another.
Some new games
I couldn’t just leave him with a console and no games to play. My idea was to get my brother my three favorite games from 2020. Ghost of Tsushima, Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, and Cyberpunk 2077. None of which are actually PS5 games, but they do all run much better on PS5. Smooth 4K 60fps, PS5 is the best console to play these games on now.
Console Sharing
Once Chez got his PS5 up and running, we got to talking about sharing our digital game libraries. I have never had anybody to share all of my games with, so I had no idea this was even possible. Thanks to this video, we were able to figure this sharing method out and now my brother and I will always have the same games on PS5. Not only does this mean we can play multiplayer games together, but it also means that he will get all of the amazing PS4 games that I have bought over the years. 250+ games! Chez just switched over from Xbox, so he has a lot of catching up to do.
Snow on Christmas Day
Cold winter days like today are the best time to game. My personal recommendations for which PlayStation Exclusive games for him to play first are:
- Ghost of Tsushima
- God of War
- Day’s Gone
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- inFAMOUS Second Son
- Spider-Man Miles Morales
It’s awesome being able to see my brother online for the first time in 3+ years. Last time he had a PlayStation we were dominating in Destiny 2 together whenever it first released. Bye bye Xbox!
