This shit ain't easy 🥵
I swear I do not remember Borderlands 2 is so damn hard. It has been ages since I played this game, but it still plays just as well as I remember. I am struggling not to die though. Maybe it would be easier if I was playing co-op, but I think the difficulty scales.
I haven't straight-up died and had to reload a checkpoint yet, but I have been knocked down several times. You have a brief period of being able to get back up if you can kill an enemy in time, but sometimes that is easier said than done. Having a variety of weapons is essential to having any chance at all to survive in this dangerous Wonderland.
Playing this game has me wanting to experience a brand new Borderlands game. The PS5 version of Borderlands 3 came out in late 2020 and is currently on sale for only $15. that is an absolute steal, but I am holding off on that in favor of Tiny Tina's Wonderland, which releases on March 25th. The only thing is, that is the same day that Ghostwire Tokyo comes out, which is one of my most anticipated games of 2022.
It is going to be hard for me to make time to play Tiny Tina's Wonderland at launch, but I know that I will end up spending some time with that one eventually.
For now, I'm playing this old ass DLC from Borderlands 2 and actually enjoying it. If you haven't tried this one out yet and have PS Plus, I say go for it. It is very easy to jump into. You don't have to have experience with Borderlands games, but it would of course help a bit if you did.
Not sure how much more of this game I will be playing since Horizon Forbidden West is about to be out. What I've played of Tiny Tina's Assault On Dragon Keep has been pretty fun so far. This all reminds me of how addicting Borderlands used to be back in the day.
