Saving the troubled youth
During the side job titled The Hunt, you will be tasked with assisting River Ward with finding his lost nephew named Randy. Randy is River’s sister Joss’s oldest son.
The backstory on this one goes crazy deep, I highly recommend you play it for the full experience. I’ll give you a brief summary.
Randy’s father was barely there and then ended up dying when Randy was still a young boy. This and growing up in the Badlands led to Randy going down a bad path. He became addicted to drugs and living a rough lifestyle. Thanks to his girlfriend, he found a reason to live and decided to seek help for his addition.
Randy discovers a man online named Harris who claims to have a recovery center on a farm for troubled youth. Harris grooms Randy online for quite awhile and convinces him to meet eventually. This is where the darkness opens up.
It turns out Harris also had a bad father and lots of trauma from his childhood, which you discover in multiple brain dance sequences. This leads to him becoming a very twisted adult.
Basically you find out that Randy was lured to a farm where Harris has several young adults held captive. He is treating them like cows on a dairy farm that are used to process milk. They are all hooked up to these machines and being injected with large amounts of hormones and steroids. Makes you wonder if factory-made milk for humans is something we should be consuming at all. Harris is milking his hostages, which in this instance means draining them of all of their semen.
It’s some pretty dark shit and it’s crazy to relive multiple moments and see just how wild all of this actually is.
Like I said, I highly encourage you to play through this mission yourself, but my video above will show you a few minutes of this crazy mission during one of the brain dances where Harris recovers one of the hostages attempting to crawl away to his escape.
