Buzzwole ex
Buzzwole ex is the main big attacker in this deck. It does take a bit of time to meet the energy requirements for the Big Beat attack but it is worth it. Big Beat requires two Grass Energy and 1 Colourless Energy to deal 120 damage. During your next turn you cannot use the Big Beat attack again. You can bypass this drawback through switching out Buzzwole ex and then back in.
Kartana
Kartana is a single prize 60HP Basic Grass attacker. This Ultra Beast attacker is good for the early game in dealing pressure to weak Basic Pokemon on the opponent's side. Then at the back you power up Buzzwole ex.
Pheromosa
Pheromosa is another Basic Grass Ultra Beast Pokemon. This has 70 HP, 1 retreat cost and Fire weakness. For one Grass Energy, the Jump Blues attack deal 20 damage to the opponent's Active Pokemon and 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokemon.
This damage spread attack is good when used along with Cyrus.
Celesteela
Celesteela is a 120 HP Basic Colourless Ultra Beast Pokemon. The attack is not great as you need Heads to deal 100 damage.
What makes Celesteela really good is its Ultra Thrusters ability. Once during your turn, you may switch out your Active Ultra Beast Pokemon with 1 of your Benched Ultra Beasts. Switching out Pokemon removes Special Conditions like Poison, Paralysis, Confusion and Asleep. You can also switch out weak Ultra Beast Pokemon into safety with the Ultra Thursters ability.
Celesteela works well Buzzwole ex. You can switch out Buzzwole ex with 1 Celasteela and then use a second Celesteela to switch Buzzwole ex back in in order to use the Big Beast for the second turn in a row.
Lusamine
Lusamine is a powerful Supporter card for Ultra Beast Pokemon. You can only play this if your opponent has at least 1 point out of 3.
Select one Ultra Beast Pokemon you have and attach 2 random Energy from your discard pile to that Pokemon. If you play one Energy type then this random Energy does not really matter. The random energy is just the single type of energy.
In the late game Lusamine can attach 2 Grass energy from the discard pile onto Buzzwole ex. Then you manually attach the third Energy from the Energy Zone to Buzzwole ex. Go from 0 energy to 3 Energy.
Leaf Cape
As there are grass attackers in this deck, it makes sense to play Leaf Cape to boost HP.

Here is a sample decklist. You have the option to copy this or modify a few cards. I use this site for the image.

Strategy
The deck strategy is not too difficult. Power up Buzzwole ex as soon as possible and start swinging.
Celesteela can serve as an early defensive stall wall as you power up your attackers. Kartana and Pheromosa serve as early game attackers to keep the opponent busy in the early game.
When you get one of your Kartana or Pheromosa knocked out, you have the option to use Lusamine to power up Buzzwole ex.
Advantages
Buzzwole ex kind of has one hit knockout power with its Big Beat attack. Dealing 120 damage can one hit knockout weaker Pokemon ex.
Lusamine is pretty good when the opponent has 1 Point. In theory and in practice you can charge Buzzwole from 0 or 1 Energy on it to 3. You can power up Buzzwole in an instant and hit with the Big Beat attack.
You cannot attack again with the Big Beat attack on Buzzwole ex. You can cancel this by using 2 Celesteelas and its Ultra Thrusters ability. Switch out and switch back in. One Celesteela can work by switching out and then retreat back into Buzzwole ex.
Disadvantages
As the deck has mostly Grass attackers, Fire attackers can hurt this Buzzwole ex deck.
Opponent attackers that have one hit knockout power hurt Buzzwole ex and this deck.
Well timed Guzmas against you can discard your Leaf Capes and remove 30 HP.
Closing Notes
This grass Buzzwole ex deck is pretty good overall. Although Buzzwole ex is the main big attacker in the deck, the alternate attackers in the form of Kartana and Pheromosa are also good. Kartana is good against Oricorio walls while Pheromosa spreads damage for the Cyrus setup.
You can modify a few cards from the above decklist. Some lists like 2 Kartana, some like 2 Pheromosa. There is also the preference of Repel versus Sabrina.
Multiple Celesteela do serve as defensive walls as well as switching options for Buzzwole ex.
As good as this deck is, you have to watch out for one hit knockout Pokemon like Rampardos or Charizard ex.
