Hello everyone...
Many times the way a house is organized can give peace and satisfaction to its owners, but when changes come in life many times it is also necessary to change what is around us, and in those changes comes the way the house is arranged. Yesterday when I was playing House Flipper I received an email from Mrs. Bartolomé Robles asking me to help her remodel her house because it was not giving her inner peace.
But this house only needed some touch-ups, no big changes were needed like plastering walls or changing wallpaper, but the pay was good and I only had to sell some things or add some paint to the walls, but although it was something relatively simple I found it very interesting the way this client wanted the style of her house since it is the first time I do a job where I put 2 tones of colors on the walls and ceiling.
I started with the foyer where I had to throw some garbage and sell an old chest of drawers, plus paint the ceiling with a peculiar chess shape, this is the first time I see this style in the game, in fact I had never thought of implementing it in the houses I have bought, but this work has given me very good ideas.

After the foyer I went to the secondary bedroom, this was my favorite since for me it is my perfect room since it has a concert piano right in front of the bed. If when I lived at my parents' house I had had a room with a concert or studio piano I would have been an excellent pianist by now, but these are things that only happen in games or when you have a lot of money. Anyway, the room lacked some life, since the yellow color of the walls bores and makes everything monotonous, but with some decorative plants in the windows and some walls with mixed colors give more joy to the room. If it were me playing the piano I would feel like I was in Chopin's time.

Then I went to the main room, this one was a little different because instead of a beautiful studio piano that stole all the limelight, it had a pool table in the center of the room, but as the whole room was decorated with the color green for me, it was tiring the eyes so to fix that I also put some dark green on the walls in the form of stripes like the previous room, I also bought a painting that made a lot of contrast as it had different colors and bought many plants to have more life in the room.

From the main room I went to the kitchen/dining room, where I had to make some more changes in terms of real estate, for example the kitchen hood and a hanging cabinet were not in keeping with the decor, so I bought something more appropriate and although I have to admit that the hood for the kitchen that the client chose is extremely ugly, the hanging cabinet if stylish. I also did the same style on the walls with the paint and bought a bigger TV.

After the dining room/kitchen, I made some similar arrangements in the bathrooms of rooms 1 and 2, which were basically buying plants to decorate the windows, buying some supplies like shampoo, soap and creams, as well as painting the ceiling of both bathrooms in a chess style, which although in my case I would not do it in my home bathroom since I would make mental moves on the ceiling as a queen's gambit while playing deuce, it is very original and even in real life I have not seen anyone paint their bathroom ceiling like that.

Finally I did just a few small touches in room 3 again the same style of chess on the ceiling, I think that Bartolomé Robles wanted to paint the ceiling of her room like this because maybe she was a professional chess player or maybe it is a technique to sleep faster because instead of counting sheep she counts pictures.

In short, the client was very satisfied with the result and I gave him back the peace he wanted so much and had lost, I also learned to combine colors and give a different look to my house when I want to remodel it again, which I think is soon because the game restarted and I lost all the remodeling I had done to my house number 2. I can say that this work has been a success.

Hola a todos...
Muchas veces la manera en que está organizada una casa puede dar paz y satisfacción a sus dueños, pero cuando vienen cambios en la vida muchas veces tambien son necesarios cambios en lo que está a nuestro alrededor y en esos cambios entra la forma en que esta arreglada la casa. Ayer cuando estaba jugando House Flipper recibe un correo del Sra. Bartolomé Robles pidiéndome ayuda para remodelar su casa ya que no le daba paz interior.
Pero esta casa solo necesitaba algunos retoques no era necesarios grandes cambios como enlucir paredes o cambar papel tapiz, pero la paga era buena y solo debía vender algunas cosas o añadir algo de pintura a las paredes, pero aunque fue algo relativamente sencillo me pareció muy interesante la manera en la que este cliente quería el estilo de su casa, ya que es primera vez que hago un trabajo donde pongo 2 tonos de colores en las paredes y el techo.
Comencé con el vestíbulo donde tenía que tirar algo de basura y vender una cómoda vieja, además pintar el techo con una peculiar forma de ajedrez, esta es la primera vez que veo este estilo en el juego, de hecho a mí nunca se me había ocurrido implementarlo en las casa que he comprado, pero este trabajo me ha dado muy buenas ideas.

Luego del vestíbulo pase al dormitorio secundario, este fue mi favorito ya que para mí es mi habitación perfecta ya que tiene un piano de concierto justo frente a la cama. Si cuando vivía en casa de mis padres hubiera tenido una habitación con un piano de concierto o de estudio en estos momentos hubiera sido un excelente pianista, pero son cosas que solo ocurren en los juegos o cuando tienes mucho dinero. En fin en la habitación faltaba algo de vida, ya que el color amarillo de las paredes aburre y hace que todo sea monótono, pero con unas plantas de decoración en las ventanas y unas paredes con colores mixtos le dan más alegría a la habitación. Si fuera yo el que tocara el piano me sentiría como si estuviera en la época de Chopin.

Luego pase a la habitación principal, esta era un poco distinto ya que en vez de un hermoso piano de estudio que robaba todo el protagonismo, tenía en todo el centro de la habitación una mesa de pool, pero como toda la habitación estaba decorada con el color verde para mí, cansaba la vista así que para arreglar eso tambien se le puso un poco de verde oscuro en las paredes en forma de rayas al igual que la habitación anterior, además compre un cuadro que hacía mucho contraste ya que tenía distintos colores y compre muchas plantas para que tuviera más vida la habitación.

De la habitación principal pase a la cocina/comedor, donde si tuve que hacer un poco más de cambios en cuanto a los inmuebles, por ejemplo la campana de la cocina y un armario colgante no iban acordes con la decoración, así que compre algo más adecuado y aunque si tengo que admitir que la campana para la cocina que eligió el cliente es sumamente fea, el armario colgante si tener estilo. Además tambien hice el mismo estilo en las paredes con la pintura y compre un televisor más grande.

Después del comedor/Cocina, hice algunos arreglos similares en los baños de las habitaciones 1 y 2, que eran básicamente comprar plantas para adornar en las ventanas, comprar algunos insumos como champú, jabón y cremas, así como pintar el techo de ambos baños con un estilo de ajedrez, que aunque en mi caso no lo haría en el baño de mi casa ya que haría jugadas mentales en el techo como gambito de dama mientras hago del dos, es muy original y ni siquiera en la vida real he visto que alguien pinte el techo de su baño así.

Por ultimo hice solo unos pequeños retoques en la habitación 3 de nuevo el mismo estilo de ajedrez en el techo, pienso que la era Bartolomé Robles quería pintar el techo de su cuarto así porque tal vez era jugadora profesional de ajedrez o tal vez es una técnica para dormir más rápido ya que en vez de contar ovejas cuentas cuadros.

En fin el cliente quedo muy satisfecho con el resultado y le devolví la paz que tanto quería y que había perdido, además aprendí a combinar colores y darle un aspecto distinto a mi casa cuando la quiera remodelar de nuevo, que pienso que es pronto ya que el juego se me reinicio y perdí todo la remodelación que le había hecho a mi casa número 2. Puedo decir que este trabajo ha sido todo un éxito.
