A game inspired by police shows from the '80s, a tribute
A few days ago I posted about Paper's Please, and a friend of the platform ( 
I have high expectations, I hope it's worth it, if not, sadly I'll have to murder Ika... In the beginning, everything was very weird, our boss was insulting us and talking in a way too derogatory to absolutely everything, from what I noticed, the game has a lot of dialogue, I wouldn't be willing to say it's a narrative game, but I'm pretty sure it is. There is TOO MUCH, black humor, tasteless jokes, and obviously, corruption (that's what I could tell), I love these types of games, that literally don't care what people think and just make it work, that's what it's all about stand out from the rest.
For now, they gave me some homework to do, I'll get to that right away.
And yes, indeed the game has an amazing story and they explain it to you in the best possible way, texts and narrative gameplay, the best thing is that they mix self-confidence and the narrative, you know what I mean? It's an interesting mix, many times I've seen very bad games, where EVERYTHING is narrative and that's boring in most cases, it would be much better if they add puzzles, and things like that to increase the fun in the game. Here they do it excellently, in less than 10 minutes of playing I've already caught a criminal, I ate several free pizzas, I got a ticket and I've learned interesting facts about the whole neighborhood, honestly, the developers, who I don't know who the fuck is, deserve a round of applause.
Mind you, I have no idea what the cops were like in the 80s, but if they were truly like in the game, HOW FUCKING SCARY LOL. Too much corruption and a lot of "shenanigans", haha. Then, my escort, "Fat Michael", explained some things to me and told me to take a walk around the neighborhood, ok, I'm kind of scared haha. For now, I've been fulfilling the "mission", pretty basic, which is to go and meet all those who have to give me things to "take care of them", that's how corruption works, where I arrive they always offer me free stuff, I love that touch of a LOT, but a LOT of black humor, but above all, a realistic touch, because corruption exists, especially in Latin America.
HAHAHAHAHA, this game is fucking crazy, there is also a LOT, but a LOT of racism, I find it very funny, sadly that other also happens...

Well, sadly they have murdered fat Michael... Now everything is complicated, I couldn't complete my tasks for the day, and also, I lost money and I have to have $300 in the next three days. Well, in general, the game has seemed to me a jewel, it has too much story and the best thing is that it combines the narrative and does not leave behind the actions nor the gameplay, that is a key point that you have to do yes or yes every time you want to make a game with a lot of dialogue. I've been tested to see how corrupt I am, I proved to be corrupt to "get into the role", but the truth is that I will stand out and try to be a better cop in the following chapters, I think...
Day 2 started too intense, I was asked for only 5 parking tickets, that's relatively easy, but they started to report robberies and I must be aware of running around, the gameplay of the game I love, basically everything is handled with the mouse, the keys are almost useless (I think), it's easy to do and well, if you can notice at the top I have my notebook of "missions to do", my gun and handcuffs, and I walk with a click and run with double click, super easy.
The interesting thing is the story, it's something that catches your, normally I haven't taken so long writing a post, but I've been so focused on playing that I forget that I should also write you my experience. So far it has been very pleasant, a great story, very organized, with big and dangerous missions and quests to solve, that caught my attention. I can get into trouble with anyone on the street, and I must also enforce the law, but know who to do it with, I would not want to get along badly with the Italian mafia, or the black mafia, they are very extensive things and yes, I feel like a fucking cop of the '80s.
Very aptly themed game overall very addictive... Sadly, I just took my first bribe, for 20$ I didn't find someone, I guess it wasn't worth it, but I did it to feel bad, very bad indeed XD.
Graphically, the game is beautiful, it's like playing old arcade machines, it doesn't need great graphics, these graphics combine perfectly with the story, so they make us and force us to pay a lot of attention to it. The game is beautiful, and colorful everywhere and everything has life, we can see many people in the street, cars, the alleys have bugs, garbage, people, etc. The stores are too, we can enter all of them and that's cool.

Un juego inspirado en programas policiales de los años 80's, un tributo
Hace algunos días publiqué sobre Paper's Please, y un amigo de la plataforma (
Le tengo altas expectativas, espero que valga la pena, si no, tristemente tendré que asesinar a Ika... Al principio todo fue muy raro, nuestro jefe estuvo insultándonos y hablando de una forma demasiado despectiva hacía absolutamente todo, por lo que noté, el juego tiene mucho diálogo, no me dispondría a decir que es un juego narrativo, pero estoy casi seguro que sí. Básicamente, existe DEMASIADO, humor negro, chistes de mal gusto y obviamente, corrupción (es lo que pude notar), me encanta este tipo de juegos, que literalmente no le importa lo que la gente piensa y solo hacen que funcione, de eso se trata resaltar del resto.
Por ahora, me dieron algunas tareas que hacer, iré a eso ya mismo.
Y sí, efectivamente el juego tiene una historia amazing y te la explican de la mejor forma posible, textos y jugabilidad narrativa, lo mejor es que mezclan valerse por sí mismo, y lo narrativo, ¿me entienden? Es una mezcla interesante, muchas veces he visto juegos muy malos, en donde TODO es narrativo y eso aburre en la mayoría de casos, sería mucho mejor que agreguen puzzles, cosas así para aumentar lo divertido en el juego. Aquí lo hacen excelente, en menos de 10 minutos jugando ya he atrapado a un delincuente, me comí varias pizzas gratis, puse una multa y he conocido datos interesantes sobre todo el vecindario, sinceramente los desarrolladores, que no sé quién mierda sea, merecen un aplauso.
Eso sí, no tengo idea cómo eran los policías en los años 80, pero si eran verdaderamente cómo en el juego, QUE PUTO MIEDO LOL. Demasiada corrupción y muchos “chanchullos”, haha. Luego, mi acompañante, “Michael el gordo”, me explicó algunas cosas y me dijo que me diera una vuelta por el vecindario, ok, tengo algo de miedo haha. Por ahora he estado cumpliendo las “misiones”, bastante básicas, es ir y conocer a todos los que me tienen que dar cosas para “cuidarlos”, así funciona la corrupción, en dónde llego siempre me ofrecen cosas gratis, me encanta ese toque de MUCHO, pero MUCHO humor negro, pero sobre todo, un toque realista, ya que la corrupción existe, sobre todo en Latinoamérica.
HAHAHAHA, este juego es una puta locura, también existe MUCHO, pero MUCHO racismo, me da mucha gracia, tristemente eso otro también ocurre…

Mentí, lo arresté… No podía arriesgarme a perder mi trabajo en mi primer día.
Bueno, tristemente han asesinado al gordo Michael, tristemente… Ahora todo se complica, no pude completar mis tareas del día, y además, perdí dinero y tengo que tener 300 $ en los próximos tres días. Bueno, en general el juego me ha parecido una joya, tiene demasiada historia y lo mejor es que combina lo narrativo y no deja atrás las acciones ni la jugabilidad, eso es un punto clave que hay que hacer sí o sí cada vez que quieran hacer un juego con mucho diálogo. Me han puesto pruebas para ver que tan corrupto soy, demostré serlo para "entrar en el papel", pero la verdad es que voy a destacar y trataré de ser un mejor policía en los siguientes capítulos, creo…
El día 2 comenzó demasiado intenso, me pidieron solo 5 multas de aparcamiento, eso relativamente es fácil, pero empezaron a reportar robos y debo estar pendiente corriendo por allí, la jugabilidad del juego me encanta, básicamente todo se maneja con el mouse, las teclas no sirve de casi nada (creo), es fácil de hacer y bueno, si pueden notarlo en la parte superior tengo mi libreta de "misiones por hacer", mi arma y esposas, y camino con un click y corro con doble cilck, súper easy.
Lo interesante es la historia, es algo que te atrapa, normalmente no he tardado tanto escribiendo un post, pero me he concentrado tanto en jugar que se me olvida que también debo escribirles mi experiencia. Hasta los momentos ha sido muy grata, una gran historia, muy organizada, con misiones y misiones grandes y peligrosas que resolver, eso me llamó bastante la atención. LITERALMENTE puedo meterme en problemas con cualquiera en la calle, también debo imponer la ley, pero saber con quién hacerlo, no me gustaría llevarme mal con la mafia italiana, o la mafia negra, son cosas muy extensas y sí, me siento como un puto policía de los años 80's.
Muy acertada la temática del juego en general muy adictivo... Tristemente, acabo de aceptar mi primer soborno, por 20 $ no multé a alguien, creo que no valió la pena, pero lo hice para sentirme mal, muy mal la verdad XD.
Gráficamente, el juego es precioso, es cómo jugar a las máquinas árcades antiguas, no necesita grandes gráficos, estos gráficos combinan perfecto a la historia, así nos hacen y obligan a prestarle mucha atención a ella. El juego es hermoso, colorido por todas partes y todo tiene vida, podemos ver mucha gente en la calle, carros, los callejones tienen bichos, basura, gente, etc. Las tiendas también lo son, podemos entrar a todas y eso está cool.
Aquí les dejo mi reporte policial, fui malo con una niña por no ayudarla a encontrar su gato, pero no tenía tiempo…
