And then there's Kaveh.
It's a little sad to say he's also the weakest link in this banner. Kaveh's limited by his AoE on pretty much all of his attacks. If you position things correctly he can give you some hefty Bloom damage but those cores drop in all kinds of places and it's not easy to have them all within his range. However Nilou probably pairs really well with him given her need for a pure Bloom team of just Hydro and Dendro characters. She also works on prematurely exploding the Dendro cores so Kaveh might work well with her.
That said neither of them really work that well anyway. Ningguang is a classic character and once upon a time was a major DPS character. Her "shield" doesn't quite protect as well as normal shields but she can Crystallize to get regular shields. Pairing her with Navia would provide the additional protection from Geo Resonance and with more Crystallize reactions happening it boosts Navia's very good damage output. That said you could always set Navia on a team with 3 different elements that aren't Geo, Anemo or Dendro and that should also give her plenty of Crystallize reactions to power her up.
Finally there's Kirara. Her skill gives her a shield that also applies Dendro to anything she runs into. She moves quicker in this form. Both her skill and her Burst applies hefty amounts of Dendro which works well with Dendro reactions so feel free to pair her with Hydro and Electro characters for that Hyperbloom damage. I've considered her to be a "budget" Alhaitham as a result. She doesn't quite have the personal damage that Alhaitham does but Dendro characters mostly work off of the reactions they can generate anyway. Also Kirara is the best climber in the game using less stamina and climbing faster.
