My favourites are the Sith Inquisitor, Imperial Agent, and Republic Smuggler! The Bounty Hunter one is close behind them.

Unfortunately I didn't find most of the Republic class stories incredibly interesting, but the Smuggler's was good! Forced myself through the two Jedi ones... and just can't be bothered with the Trooper one.
