Hola hive, hoy les vengo a hablar sobre un videojuego que me llamo bastante la atención por su concepto, porque más allá de ser un videojuego de carreras este está centrado más que todo en la parte del drift, entonces quise aventurarme a probarlo y por eso hoy les quiero hablar sobre TorqueDrift
TorqueDrift es un videojuego de “carreras” desarrollado y distribuido por por Grease Monkey Games, lanzado en el 2020 para dispositivos móviles Android e iOS.
Cabe destacar que hace unos días hice un review sobre NFS underground 2 y ahi destaque que mis Carreras favoritas dentro de ese videojuego eran las de drift, entonces en estos días paseándome por la App Store me salió este juego recomendado y pensé “debe ser cool un juego específicamente de drift” y procedí a descargarlo.
TorqueDrift como su nombre lo indica es un juego dedicado al drift en el que también se puede modificar y personalizar nuestro auto a gusto, el concepto de este juego no vas más allá de eso, en este aspecto es bastante sencillo, tampoco cuenta con una historia ni nada por el estilo sino es más que todo como ir haciendo competencias sueltas y mejorando cada vez nuestro auto.
Algo que si me llamo bastante la atención de este juego desde un principio fue su jugabilidad, si esperas que a la primera carrera vas a ser un experto del drift déjame decirte que no porque si es bastante complicado agarrarle el tiro, ademas de que a mi en lo personal para poder hacer buenos drift tuve que empezar a jugar a tres dedos porque sino para mi se me hizo imposible, ahora lo que no estoy seguro es que si esto es por mala jugabilidad o por intentar ser más realista, igual sea cual sea el caso tampoco me parece algo tan grave, es más después de agarrarle el tiro me gusto bastante.
En cuanto a juegos de coches debo admitir que TorqueDrift tiene una competencia bastante dura, más que todo con juegos como Asphalt, need for speed, etc… y uno de los aspectos donde siento que Torque Drift se queda un poco corto es en los gráficos, no es que Sean malos, porque en general se ve bien, pero no se si hay algunas texturas o pequeños detallitos que no me terminan de convencer.
Otro aspecto que en mi opinión es un punto negativo, es el peso de este juego, pesa aproximadamente 2.5 GB, limitando mucho a los usuarios que tengan dispositivo con corto almacenamiento y aunque parezca un detalle que no afecta mucho en lo personal si creo que es algo que se debe mencionar y destacar.
En lo personal me parece un buen juego para pasar el rato, sin embargo esperaba que aunque fuese un juego centrado en el drift también hubiesen más competencias con otros carros en una pista y un poco menos de freestyle, siento que tener ambas modalidades le hubiese sumado bastante, hasta los momentos no he avanzado mucho pero la única modalidad que tiene el juego es freestyle de drift, sin embargo espero que al avanzar un poco más esto varíe.
Este juego nos ofrece exactamente lo que esperamos y cumple perfectamente con ello, después de que uno le agarra el tiro al juego es bastante disfrutable, si te gustan los carros y el drift tal vez disfrutes este juego.

TorqueDrift as its name suggests is a game dedicated to drift in which you can also modify and customize our car to taste, the concept of this game does not go beyond that, in this aspect is quite simple, it does not have a story or anything like that but it is mostly like doing loose competitions and improving each time our car.
Something that really caught my attention of this game from the beginning was its playability, if you expect that the first race you're going to be an expert drift let me tell you that no because if it is quite complicated to grab the shot, Besides that to me personally to be able to make good drift I had to start playing with three fingers because otherwise for me it became impossible, now what I'm not sure is that if this is because of bad gameplay or trying to be more realistic, whatever the case neither seems to me something so serious, in fact after grabbing the shot I liked it a lot.
As for car games I must admit that TorqueDrift has a pretty tough competition, mostly with games like Asphalt, need for speed, etc ... and one of the aspects where I feel that Torque Drift falls a little short is in the graphics, not that they are bad, because in general it looks good, but I do not know if there are some textures or small details that do not convince me.
Another aspect that in my opinion is a negative point, is the weight of this game, weighs about 2.5 GB, greatly limiting users who have device with short storage and although it seems a detail that does not affect much personally if I think it is something that should be mentioned and highlighted.
Personally I think it's a good game to pass the time, however I was hoping that although it was a game focused on drifting also had more competitions with other cars on a track and a little less freestyle, I feel that having both modes would have added a lot, so far I have not advanced much but the only mode that the game has is freestyle drift, however I hope to advance a little more this varies.
It offers exactly what we expect and fulfills it perfectly, after you get the hang of the game it's quite enjoyable, if you like cars and drifting you might enjoy this game.
