This is my first gameplay of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood that I've streamed live in twitch and later I did export it in youtube.
I'm going to share both links here so that you may watch my gameplay without any problem.

About the gameplay:
After I stopped playing the previous sequel of this game, I started playing this new one and this is the first part where I've finished the first sequence. I feel sad that I couldn't finish the previous sequel.
At the beginning of this game, Desmond started telling the stories of himself of how he was being captured to be in the animus and he also told something about Altair and Ezio. Then this game started with a Warfield and that probably the last scene of Assassin's Creed where I as Ezio, had the chance to kill the Borgia enemy and it seemed I've killed him as well. Then there came a woman who didn't look real and more like a projection and was saying "It is done. The message is delivered. We are gone now from this world. We can do no more. The rest is up to you, Desmond." So, yeah that woman was talking to Desmond and I think I'm not getting what's happening cause I couldn't finish the previous version of this game. And Ezio got confused hearing about Desmond and started asking who is Desmond but the lady got disappeared right after that.
It was at Il Vaticano and it was December 1499. After running forward for a moment, Ezio's found part of a dress of someone on the ground and there was a large stick on the middle of that place which Ezio tried to lift but something happened and that big stick went underground. Ezio tried to stop it but he couldn't. Then the place where Ezio was standing, fell downwards. There came Ezio's uncle Mario and asked Ezio to climb upstairs and said they had to get out of there. Then I climbed up and followed Mario outside and there were many monks started cursing Ezio and his uncle. We kept moving forwards and had to fight with some guards on the way. Then uncle Mario led me to up on a tall building.
Ezio took out the apple and was about to do something and then his uncle said "This decision is yours to make, only do so quickly." Then Ezio seemed confused about what to do so his uncle asked Ezio to give the apple to the uncle and Ezio did it at once without thinking twice.
Then they both jumped and there was the title of the game.
Then it was Monteriggioni at January 1500. Ezio was riding a horse alongside his uncle Mario. They were riding towards the palace and was having a little chat and suddenly there fell cannon balls beside them and Ezio got scared. Uncle Mario told Ezio that it was his mercenaries practicing with the cannons. They went inside the palace riding the horse and peoples on the way started welcoming Ezio back. Reaching there, Ezio's sister Claudia came down to meet his brother and after the meet and greet, Claudio told Ezio that Caterina from Forli came here to visit Ezio and Ezio got surprised hearing that. Claudia wanted to know about the missions that Ezio did back in Assassin's Creed and Ezio asked Claudia to gather everyone in his uncle's study room where he'll say everything in front of everyone. Then there were some tasks came on the mini map and the first one was to help a woman in carrying a flower box in front of the door of the Vila. The second task was to bring back Claudia's horse that was loosen. The third task was to check on the cannons where two peoples were trying to practice but the cannon was not working so I searched and brought the technician to the cannons and I even tested the cannons.
After finishing those tasks, I went to the Vila where Caterina was waiting for Ezio. After a little chat with Caterina, Ezio went to his uncle's study room where there were his mother, sister, uncle and Machiavelli. Then Ezio told everyone what happened back in shortcut. I also got to understand that Ezio faced many consequences but defeated everyone and Ezio even talked about Desmond as he heard that name from the projection lady. The projection lady who was known as Minerva said there'd be some temples that will provide aid to humanity at the bad time. Ezio's uncle then asked about Desmond and the temples. Then Machiavelli asked Ezio about Borgia, he wanted to know if Rodrigo begged forgiveness or not. Then Ezio said that he didn't kill Rodrigo and Machiavelli seemed unhappy about it.
After the conversation, I ran towards Ezio's room and Ezio was tired so he first took off all his clothes and then he laid on the bath.
Then Caterina came over and took off some of her clothes as well and I knew something awful was going to happen.
There happened an intimate scene which I was not prepare for. Then they were chatting on the bed suddenly they've heard sounds of cannons and Ezio said peoples are probably practicing with the cannon.
But right after that, a cannon ball fell into their room and broke the wall. Both of em jumped out of the bed and Ezio hardly wore his shirt and pant and had the sword with him only while his big chest shield got broken already. Then Ezio jumped from the window and all he could see was destruction. Cannon balls and arrows everywhere. There was war outside.
Ezio jumped over on his horse and I started steering the horse towards the tower upwards the main gate.
Ezio had to leave the horse as the road got blocked suddenly and then I started jumping and climbing the wall to get to the top of the tower.
Peoples were running from the walls as there were cannon balls coming and I ran towards the cannons and started using the cannons to destroy the enemy cannons while villagers were fleeing. I had to keep destroy enemy cannons until all the villagers fled and I couldn't do it with one shot but I could after all.
Then there came enemy soldiers on the wall and I ran towards them and killed them.
And then someone said out loud that the enemy's are breaching the gate.

Uncle Mario first walked through the door from the outside and he seemed devastated and fell on the ground. There was the Borgia behind uncle Mario whom I tried to kill at the beginning of this game but Ezio spared his life. Borgia already had the apple in his hand and was giving a speech while Ezio started running towards them and some guards were targeting Ezio with their guns.
Borgia shot and killed Ezio's uncle and the guards shot Ezio at the same time and Ezio fell on the ground.
Then after some time, Ezio came to consciousness and he saw two of his men were dragging him and Ezio asked them to stop and added that he can walk. The the men beside him started to running but Ezio asked them to stay behind him as he was injured. Then I started running towards the vila while I had to fight some enemies on the way.
There were Claudia in the middle of the battle and some enemies were trying to kill her but I was beside her and got her to safety. We went to the sanctuary that was hidden underground of the vila through the study room of uncle Mario.
Ezio closed the door while entering the sanctuary so that enemies can't come inside.
There was Ezio's mother and other villagers. They left the palace through the hidden passage and went outside the wall.
Ezio told his mother and sister that his uncle Mario is dead and asked them to go to Firenze. Then Ezio was asking for a horse and then Claudia asked where he'll go and Ezio replied "To Roma".
Ezio's mother said, "Go, my son, destroy them... but remember for whom we Assassins fight.
It was dark and Ezio was riding the horse and he was injured with the bullet shot.
He fell down from the horse and the horse left without him. The first part ended here so did the first sequence.
