For as long as I can remember, I've always been a fan of games with a "god's perspective." I grew up with Windows classics like Age of Empires and Warcraft, where I had complete control of the map and the fate of civilizations in my hands. However, trying to achieve that experience on Android has been a frustrating task.
Mi conclusión es que el problema no es la adaptación de los controles a la pantalla táctil, sino la naturaleza del mercado actual, el gaming móvil está diseñado casi exclusivamente para las microtransacciones y los tiempos de espera artificiales. My conclusion is that the problem isn't adapting the controls to a touchscreen, but rather the nature of the current market. Mobile gaming is designed almost exclusively for microtransactions and artificially inflated wait times. They try to sell you the solution to a problem the game itself created. As observers, our ability to interfere is total; we can be a benevolent god who bestows resources and blessings, or a chaotic entity that unleashes plagues, meteorites, and natural disasters. The level of detail in the evolution of civilizations is impressive; they take the concept of strategy to an almost professional level without the need for tedious tutorials.
