Týr is finally free again | God Of War Ragnarök

Intro

We are having an absolute blast of a time playing and streaming God of War Ragnarök! I love the experience, every scene is full of emotions and chaos: well-written storytelling, and art direction for the game's cinematics. In summary one thing, I'm missing is the photo mode! I am a huge fan side seeing and taking photos of action moments and everything beautiful. You get to play as Atreus too!!! This is just way out of expectation for me, I never thought of getting the POV of Atreus in God of War, but huge thanks to the studio for making this possible! Visiting Alfheim with Tÿr and fighting a new set of more annoying enemies was fun as well! The puzzles in this section of the game can get tricky as it most of the time focuses on environmental awareness, you might get lost in the puzzles like me and spend circling the same place again and again until you spot the solution.

Finding Tÿr

This quest was some real exploration starting from the top to a mining site depth to find the suitable prison door which could hold Tÿr, now players must expect to reach a lot of dead ends with goods until they can find Tÿr's chamber, the game did a really good job to withstand "how not to be boring", because of it's dynamic environment design. If the developers didn't go the extra mile to achieve this perfection I might be angry or sad to call this game repetitive and boring. But Ragnarök is a masterpiece for art direction. I tell you what, every game developer can only hope they can make a perfect sequel like Ragnarök and fail! Some are exceptions (eg. Spiderman: Miles Morales)

Playing as Atreus

Oh my my! What can I say, I'm gonna blabber this was an amazing experience, you get to play as the BOY! And it's not even the best part, All the Skills you unlock for him would be accessible while playing him, and the combos are super well designed. The finishers are satisfying. It was almost feeling like I would like to play a whole game with his storyline, The God of War is designed around Companion friendly nature, while playing as the boy, you would get Sindri as your companion who is not so bad I tell you, Sindri can help by using his magical toolbox. I would love to experience more of it for sure!
