➤ An incredible adventure is hard to describe, maybe as boring even to relate it completely, the best adventures are those that the mystery makes them good. Like everything hidden inside this island, or how Lara has achieved so much being alone. Each time we get more and more to the core and we get into this madness, being part of it, deducing, thinking and analyzing solutions that go beyond the logical, maybe logic does not exist in this place. The supernatural has become more common than rationality.
➤ For now our goal is to rescue our friends, specifically Sam, since we know absolutely nothing about her, everything we will go through will be for this sole purpose, along with our survival. Our attempt to get out of here, calling the rescue plane was a total failure, realizing and assimilating that the arrival of that storm was not a coincidence or was not natural. There are many things that we will have to see and will surprise us from this point on. First that while escaping from the area of the wrecked plane, we are captured in a small trap, where we are tied to a tree upside down and several guys will come to attack us with machetes, so making use of our best accuracy to shoot with everything turned upside down, we will have to finish them and free ourselves by shooting at the rope that ties us. A pretty nice sequence and full of adrenaline, although the degree of difficulty was not so much.
➤ Likewise we will get a new tool after this, arrows with ropes. From this point on we will come across many places that have pillars or ropes tied around them, to which if we shoot an arrow we will be able to tie a rope where we can climb or we can even get to pull entire structures to kill enemies.

➤ All the weirdness starts from here, when I enter a tomb, or well, those puzzles that we will find around the world. This place filled me with rage, it doesn't go up how the fuck to solve it or what the fuck to do, but we could analyze a pattern of several things that would advance us to the events we would see. Coming across a rather ancient infrastructure, strange markings and banners and objects of all kinds that referred to what we know as samurai, more than anything else. Also strange blizzards that we do not know how they are generated, since we are supposed to be inside a "cave". Kind of like little storms. Don't ask me how to solve this puzzle because I didn't find how the fuck to do it and honestly I was too lazy to look it up on the internet. I think I was there for about 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do.
➤ After I left that shit, I arrived to a giant Himiko temple. And Mathias and Sam were just there, when we approached the bridge explodes and out of nowhere come out some samurai soldiers, yes, somaurai soldiers. They end up fainting us and we are captured by them. And just as we fall and our vision is dizzy, we see a giant foot pass in front of us, it didn't look like a human at all, it was too huge, how is that possible? At this point we start to doubt if these people are really human or if there is something else here.
➤ And that's how we get to one of the most curious and macabre areas of the whole game. A giant sanctuary full of hundreds of corpses, dismembered people and death in its greatest expression. It is a huge place, and we also find a corpse of one of the pilots of the plane. This place raises many questions for me... First, who the hell are these samurai and why have they killed all these people? Who are they? I also don't understand the purpose of keeping all the corpses in one place, and even though you can see that there are old, dry corpses and many bones and skeletons, you can also tell that there are many people who died recently in this place. It's like a huge torture room. It's easy to think that all these dead people might be the ones we've always been facing, but it doesn't make sense because on several occasions later on you can see that they possess a certain bond, as both factions worship Himiko.
➤ Here we can see that giant silhouette we had seen before, but in full. It's a fucking giant, where the fuck did this guy come from, is he even a real person? It's like looking at a cyclops, since he's even carrying a giant mace, is he some kind of cannibal and eating all these corpses? Hm, questions that keep me awake at night.
➤ As we move through the place we realize that it is a shrine of Himiko, as I had thought before. And precisely in this same place is the tomb and the remains of Himiko, maybe that's why it is so protected and the damn giant is here. Here we discover two things, first the real existence of this goddess, and thanks to some pictures framed on the wall, what seems to be a ritual. As we can see the ritual is to transfer the soul or life from one body to another, in this case making Himiko's soul is transferred to a new body once the previous successor has died, for this they have to be of the same family or possess the same blood, or in itself, be "chosen".
➤ It is a rather macabre ritual as far as we can see, is to consume the life of another person to continue living, of course also with what would become all her Goddess powers. This is where we can analyze and realize that they want Sam for exactly that. Mathias since we see him is a complete madman who is obsessed with Himiko, and I think that's exactly why he has wanted to kidnap Sam, maybe he plans to do the ritual with her.
➤ All of this here becomes quite strange, realizing that we are in a place far removed from reality. The storms, the reason why no one can leave this island, so many planes, so many ships and so many dead people, it's all Himiko's doing. As much as it sounds like a simple lie, we have no choice but to believe and hope that others will believe us, although this is difficult.
➤ In the end the whole place became a mess, trying to escape we break the entire structure and a terrible wind storm begins to whip us, while the vigilant samurai and these guys we always face begin to appear and fight among themselves and against us. We have to escape at all costs, running between a lot of platforms while everything is destroyed around us, climbing between small segments where with a wrong step we can fall and die, along with the wind whipping us completely. And while everything falls on our backs we end up falling dry towards the water, where we reach a small cave where we can rest for a second, everything seems safe and we can lie down and process what the hell has happened.

➤ At this point everything loses sense, the options are few and the only alternative is to stop Himiko somehow. But of course... How? We can't even rescue our friends. That's all for now, thank you very much for reading, see you in the next post!

➤ Una increíble aventura es difícil de describir, tal vez como aburrido incluso relatarla por completo, las mejores aventuras son aquellas que el misterio las hace buenas. Como todo lo oculto dentro de esta isla, o el cómo Lara ha logrado tanto estando sola. Cada vez llegamos más al núcleo y nos adentramos en esta locura, formando parte de ella, deduciendo, pensando y analizando en soluciones que van más allá de lo lógico, tal vez la lógica no exista en este lugar. Lo sobrenatural se ha vuelto más común que la racionalidad.
➤ Por ahora nuestro objetivo es poder rescatar a nuestros amigos, específicamente a Sam ya que no sabemos absolutamente nada de ella, todo lo que recorreremos será con este único fin, junto al de nuestra supervivencia. Nuestro intento para salir de aquí, llamando al avión de rescate fue un total fracaso, dándonos cuenta y asimilando que la llegada de esa tormenta no fue una casualidad o no fue de forma natural. Hay muchas cosas que tendremos que ver y nos sorprenderán a partir de este punto. Primero que mientras escapamos de la zona del avión destrozado, somos capturados en una pequeña trampa, donde quedamos atados a un árbol de cabeza y varios tipos vendrán a atacarnos con machetes, así que haciendo uso de nuestra mejor precisión para disparar con todo volteado, tendremos que acabar con ellos y liberarnos disparando a la cuerda que nos ata. Una secuencia bastante bonita y llena de adrenalina, aunque el grado de dificultad no fue tanto.
➤ Igualmente nos haremos con una nueva herramienta después de esto, flechas con cuerdas. A partir de este punto nos encontraremos con muchos lugares que lleven pilares o cuerdas atadas alrededor, a los cuales si les disparamos una flecha podremos amarrar una cuerda donde podemos escalar o podemos incluso llegar a tirar estructuras enteras para matar enemigos.

➤ Todo lo extraño comienza a partir de aquí, cuando entro a una tumba, o bueno, esos puzzles que encontraremos por el mundo. Este lugar me llenó de rabia, no sube cómo mierda resolverlo ni que mierda hacer, pero podíamos analizar un patrón de varias cosas que nos adelantarían a los hechos que veríamos. Encontrándonos con una infraestructura bastante antigua, marcas extrañas y estandartes y objetos de todo tipo que hacían referencia a lo que conocemos como samurais, más que todo. También ventiscas extrañas que no sabemos cómo son generadas, ya que se supone que estamos dentro de una "cueva". Algo así como pequeñas tormentas. No me pregunten cómo se resuelve este puzzle porque no encontré cómo coño hacerlo y sinceramente me dio mucha flojera buscarlo en internet. Creo que estuve como 15 minutos ahí intentando ver que hacer.
➤ Luego de irme de esa mierda, llegó a un templo gigante de Himiko. Y justamente estaban Mathias y Sam allí, cuando nos acercamos el puente explota y de la nada salen unos soldados samurais, sí, soldados somaurais. Terminan desmayandonos y somos capturados por ellos. Y justo mientras caemos y tenemos la visión mareada, vemos un pie gigante pasar por delante de nosotros, no parecía para nada un humano, era demasiado enorme, ¿cómo es eso posible? En este punto ya nos ponemos a dudar acerca de si estas personas son realmente humanas o hay algo más acá.
➤ Y así es como llegamos a una de las zonas más curiosas y macabras de todo el juego. Un santuario gigante lleno de cientos de cadáveres, gente descuartizada y la muerte en su mayor expresión. Es un lugar inmenso, y también nos encontramos con un cadaver de uno de los pilotos del avión. Este lugar me genera muchas preguntas... Primero, ¿quién coño son estos samurais y por qué han matado a todas estas personas? ¿Quienes son? Tampoco entiendo el propósito de guardar todos los cadáveres en un solo lugar, e incluso a pesar de que se ve que hay cadaveres viejos, secos y muchos huesos y esqueletos, también se nota que hay muchas personas que murieron recientemente en este lugar. Es como una inmensa sala de tortura. Es fácil pensar que todas estas personas muertas pueden ser a los que siempre nos hemos estado enfrentando, pero no tiene sentido porque en varias ocasiones más adelante se puede ver que poseen cierto vinculo, ya que ambas facciones adoran a Himiko.
➤ Aquí podemos ver a esa silueta gigante que habíamos visto antes, pero por completo. Es un maldito gigante, de dónde coño salió este tipo, ¿es tan siquiera una persona de verdad? Es como ver a un cíclope, ya que incluso porta un mazo gigante. ¿Será una especie de canibal y se comerá todos estos cadaveres? Hm, preguntas que no me dejan dormir por la noche.
➤ Mientras avanzamos por el lugar nos damos cuenta que es un Santuario de Himiko, como lo había pensado antes. Y justamente en este mismo lugar se encuentra la tumba y los restos de Himiko, tal vez por eso es tan protegido y está el maldito gigante ese acá. Aquí descubrimos dos cosas, primero la real existencia de esta diosa, y gracias a unos cuadros enmarcados en la pared, lo que parece ser un ritual. Según podemos ver el ritual consiste en transferir el alma o la vida de un cuerpo a otro, en este caso haciendo que el alma de Himiko se transfiera a un cuerpo nuevo una vez que el anterior sucesor haya muerto, para esto tienen que ser de la misma familia o poseer la misma sangre, o de por si, ser "elegido".
➤ Es un ritual bastante macabro por lo que puede verse, es consumir la vida de otra persona para seguir viviendo, por supuesto también con lo que vendría siendo todos sus poderes de Diosa. Aquí es donde podemos analizar y darnos cuenta que quieren a Sam exactamente para eso. Mathias desde que lo vemos es un completo loco que está obsesionado con Himiko, y creo que por eso exactamente es que ha querido secuestrar a Sam, tal vez planee hacer el ritual con ella.
➤ Todo esto aquí se torna bastante extraño, dándonos cuenta que estamos en un lugar muy alejado de la realidad. Las tormentas, la razón por la que nadie puede salir de esta isla, tantos aviones, tantos barcos y tantas personas muertas, todo es obra de Himiko. Por más que suene una simple mentira, no tenemos otra opción más que creer y esperar que los demás nos crean, aunque esto es difícil.
➤ Al final todo el lugar se hizo un desastre, intentando escapar rompemos la estructura entera y una terrible tormenta de viento comienza a azotarnos, mientras que los vigilantes samurais y los tipos estos que siempre enfrentamos comienzan a aparecer y pelearse entre ellos y contra nosotros. Tenemos que escapar a toda costa, corriendo entre un montón de plataformas mientras todo se destruye a nuestro alrededor, escalando entre pequeños segmentos donde con un paso en falso podemos caer y morir, junto al viento azotándonos por completo. Y mientras todo cae a nuestras espaldas terminamos cayendo en seco hacia el agua, donde llegamos a una pequeña cueva donde podemos descansar un segundo, todo parece seguro y podemos acostarnos y poder procesar que coño ha pasado.

➤ En este punto todo pierde sentido, las opciones son pocas y la única alternativa es parar a Himiko de alguna forma. Aunque claro... ¿Cómo? Ni siquiera podemos rescatar a nuestros amigos. Esto es todo por ahora, muchas gracias por haber leído, ¡nos vemos en el próximo post!
