Splinterlands has gone through a lot of changes. The increase in DEC price is great, as it now means that my collection is worth more. Unfortunately If you are battling it out in Novice or Bronze III you not only only get 1 rewards chest but they have also removed DEC winnings until you can make it to Bronze II. Whilst this may well be good to keep the game economy stable. It is now hard for new players to play for free. Not only that but if you want to buy into Bronze II for example It will cost you a lot more then before as DEC prices are high.
Lucky for me I have enough collection power to get to me to Silver III so its only the start of the season that I get stuck in Bronze III. Hopefully new comers will stick around so the community can continue to grow.
Chaos Legion will be here in a few days, I managed to buy 3 packs and can not wait to open them. Fingers crossed I get lucky. Make sure to checkout
