From what I've researched, it's not available for consoles, although I think it's playable with a controller through Steam; it says there that the game has partial compatibility with Xbox controllers.

Their website shows it's for Android, iOS, and the direct client or through Steam (I play through Steam), so I think those are the options. It's really a cool mix, a Call of Duty with operators having powers, and it's very animated, with shooting, fighting, and explosions everywhere haha
