I grew up playing alot of Dungeons and Dragons games, but never on paper. Always played them on PC, such as Baldur's gate, Icewind Dale and others. Dragon age is another one of those fun games to play based on dungeons and dragons mechanics. I beat this game years back, but wanted to give it another try as I had alot of fun playing it.
Not very far at this time, but I am building up a party. I am playing as a mage this time. Normally I play as a fighter so thats new to me.
Lots of Hurlocks and Genlocks to fight, they just seem to keep coming.
I use my spells to protect my party, anything from a ward of protection to a ward of repel.
Once I kill them all got to do some iteming in my inventory.
We find ourselves in tight areas indoors and times I have to break up the party into two groups to take on the enemies. My mage is fighting an archer here.
I free the beasts and they fight with me to take out the enemies.
The dogs will follow me though the building and assist when I come across more of them.
Ah my first boss, an ogre.
My party starts perishing so I will need to replay this one.
After the battle is won the second time around I level up my party and select some more spells.
One of the dogs comes along with me and had alot of fun ripping Hurlock and Genlock guts out.
Next we fight some humans, bandits blocking our way. They demanded payment, instead they got steel, magic missiles and dog teeth.
Once in the town we explore and check out whats around us.
And upon exiting the town we have another battle to do with more bandits.
