Mario Kart Double Dash gameplay 08-12

Using a gamecube emulator I try out some Mario Kart, it runs smooth and without any issue. I play through some of the levels and enjoy the upscaling the Dolphin emulator provides. Since this is a game from 2003 its not widescreen but still looks great.

The first track we try out is Mushroom bridge, its the first of many in this circuit.

There are vehicles driving on the road as you make your way through the course. Can cause issues sometimes.

Got 3rd overall, kept crashing into cars and trucks.

Next is the cruise ship level, I switched players trying out some others.

Hah, sometimes the one on the back falls off and takes a few seconds to recover.

We played the super motorcross track where there are big jumps gapped between dirt tracks.

Got first on this one, all the boosts really help when in the air.

I switch to some other players and we try out a different circuit.

The ice level was alot of fun, one of the players set off a bomb by the lap marker.

I got hit by the blast and it knocked me out for a few seconds.

Using a red shell we take out first as make our way to the lead.

Playing DKs level theres alot going on in this race, got to be careful not to fall off the edge.

The uphill part leads to the volcano and then we have to all go back down through some twisty roads.

I fall off alot in this spot, lol.. not my best track.

We finish in 4th overall for DKs race track.

Love the animations, and its fun having someone ride on the back. That is quite different from the Wii U version where its just one driver and no co-driver.
