Hello Gamers and Game lovers,
Welcome back to 's blog and you know the usual. Games and everything game-related, especially my experience while playing them.
I have a busy deadline to meet tomorrow at work and lately, it has been good accolades for my work so far. Strangely that's not what excites me the most but it is the fact that tomorrow is the end of the work week and the start of my weekend gaming, beginning with the HiveChess tournament on Friday and Saturday.
If you are a 9 5 worker I am sure you know how it feels to finally get a weekend off from work especially when it's a job you are working just to pay bills and not for passion at all. At some point today a thought crossed my mind at work and I just have to share it. What if Hive all of a sudden became the exact price of Bitcoin?
Oh shit! That will make me rich and I can tell my boss I quit like the way Dave Chapelle quit his job when he impregnated Oprah in one of his comedy skits. It is hilarious right? You can laugh as well, or be a dreamer like me. I will simply live off my earnings and on my terms and not have to worry about rent, electricity, and water bills for a long time.
Anyway, for the past couple of days, if you noticed from my blog, I have been playing a lot of mobile games like Dream League Soccer, Zynga poker, Lichess, and even some weird game I downloaded called white survival, but I didn't waste much time before I uninstalled the game. Too many boring things were happening at the time.
This is because I have been playing this game at work during lunch breaks, in transit, or when I get back home from work and take a quick shower. It was only yesterday that I got the chance to power up my console and play some Mortal Kombat, I did not have much to do at work yesterday.
One game I haven't played in while or even bothered to check was Clash of Clans. I would not say I completely forgot about my village and its pricey possession. I guess I've just been too carried away by other mobile games.
Upon launch, it made sense that my village was so messy. So many unclaimed rewards, coins from battles my clan had participated in, and rewards from the game itself. My village was so clustered with a lot of trees that needed to be uprooted to claim my gems. Coin, black elixir, and regular elixir storage were all filled up to the brim. I had to take my time to remove them one after the other, that is the tree, then I claimed the rewards.
That wasn't the only village with a messy look, even the second village was messy. Trees, grass, and other items littered the place. I did my best to remove as much as I could but my elixir for the second village was not enough.
It even skipped my mind that I have clocked 50 on the game and I forgot to share. I remember how I was longing to get to 50 but now I am there and I am looking for to the next number. What do you think the next number should be? I look at 100 but I think that might take a whole lot of time before it happens.
My village looks a lot better now and is less messy, but I haven't made any attacks I can't other players' villages. I wouldn't lie, my palms are itchy to do so but what's the point now since I have enough gold for now. Probably when I'm low on gold, I would test my army strength on other villages.
It wouldn't be long, at least that's what I tell myself. See you next at HiveChess.
