Hey Gamers and Game lovers,
Welcome to my blog, where I enjoy talking about the games I play, my experience while playing them, and anything game-related.
I continued my Tsushima journey today after work. For those who do not know, I am on a conquest to liberate the remaining parts of Tsushima from the lands of the Mongols, and this time, it was in a frozen land. The land was frozen, filled with ice, and it made it more dramatic when it felt like that Christmas time of the year. This made it easy to spot the Mongols whenever you see them, as their outfit is unique, green or red, which can be seen when placed on a green surface.
I travelled to the land of the frozen land to liberate the people of this village who were under the Mongol's custody. It is unique how the village looked more beautiful because of the scenery. I think playing more games with scenes like this makes it more interesting while playing.
On my way to the Frozen Land, I encountered a group of Mongols, more like an ambush, because I ran into them. It is funny how I did not draw out my sword when I first saw them because I was spending time trying to grab a screenshot for my blog later on. Well, I came seriously after a couple of hits from the Mongols, bringing my life bar down halfway. You can see it in the screenshot above.
The hits kept coming in with each strike from the Mongols, so I had to recharge my life bar. Luckily for me, I had some recharged bars; they are the light yellow bars. Easily, I could recharge my life bar to gain some muscle strength to withstand the Mongols
The Mongols I encountered on my way to the Frozen Lands were the ones I still battled against while taking those hits. After bringing them down, I liberated the first villager who grabbed my interest to battle with the Mongols in the first place. Honestly, if the villager was not held captive, I would have afforded the Mongols and gone ahead to the Frozen Land. I pay less attention to side missions when on a given mission.
When I got to Frozen Land, I was welcomed by an archer. Shooting arrows straight at me without missing one. I did not know when I kept getting hit until I realized my volume was low while playing the game. This is the importance of sound when gaming. Whenever an archer is about to shoot an arrow at you, you get to hear the sound archer, which I did not pay attention to since my volume was low.
I turned up my volume and I got cracking in this defense. It was not about the fight but about the sounds made while fighting. It gives a more dramatic effect, especially when it is a cinematic vibe you get from the game and your sound system. It did not take long for me to bring them down to their knees, as my focus has grown exponentially after the sound increase.
I took out the Mongols and freed the Frozen Lands. Now it is on to the next chapter of the Tsushima liberation journey. Free up the places held in Mongol captivity. I guess I am getting close, so I have to start saving up soon for the new edition of the game, The Ghost of Yotei. This time the ghost character is a female who is on a mission to avenge the death of her parent. Interesting!
It is nice of you to stop by.
