Hey gamers, and welcome back to my blog. How was the weekend, and I hope gaming was involved.
Gaming while grocery shopping
For me, the weekend was kind of peaceful with less work and no deadline for now. Although I ran out to do some grocery shopping for the week ahead, I might not be free like that anymore.
While waiting in the massive queue at the counter to make payment for what I got, I guess people came out to do a lot of shopping as well, as it happens to be Sunday, I opened my Clash of Clans to check on the pending builds I made while at work on Friday. Lo and behold, I saw my village had been ravaged, and some of my gold was gone.
The Shock consumed me
Oh my, you needed to see the shock on my face😅. I was so surprised, like I didn't know this was what the game was all about. When they say what goes around comes around, and this time it was my turn to face the tune of the music.
At first, I thought it was those goblins I attacked on Friday, probably they were back for revenge. But I said to myself, Nah, it can't be. Goblins can't attack your village in Clash of Clans, or am I wrong?
I looked at the name, and it was another player like me, but this time a stronger player. The strong feeding on the weak and growing player. 😅😅

Out of the spirit of vengeance and a couple of gold pieces gone, I had to enact my revenge fast. I went over to search for the next player, someone weaker to attack. I know, right? I am taking it out on the wrong person, but not to worry, that player who attacked my village is in my black book. I will be coming for them when I'm stronger, but for now, let me attack those I can and take gold from them.
The goblins were not spared.
After looting another player's gold and I still went for the goblins. The more the gold, the merrier my chest. This time, I took on a level 2 goblin as I'm now a level 4 player. The higher the level, the more the gold, I guess, I'm not sure yet.
My mission was achieved, and I got more gold than I lost, but I will still have my revenge. I won't forget.
