Black & White is a god game released in 2001 which combined traditional elements of the genre with what back then was cutting-edge technical possibilities of simulating artificial life. It pushed many personal computers to their limits with its use of the burgeoning 3D graphics capabilities of the time and it kinda bit more than it could chew - from a technical stand-point. But is it a classic?
