Today has been a day of driving lol. After playing Rocket League and trying to get some nice plays for a video I decided I should keep doing new games until I run out of them so I decided to play some The Crew 2. For those of you that don't know. The Crew is an open-world racing game where you can race pretty much anything you can think of. Gone are the days where you have to buy different games to race different vehicles. The Crew let's you drive in your favorite car and a second later you can be flying in the skies or riding the waves in your favorite boat.
My favorite so far has definitely been driving cars but still it's nice to be able to jump between vehicles when you get bored of one or just want a change of pace. Flying is also really fun and honestly the only part I haven't liked too much so far is the boats. I love drifting too and even though it's not the best drifting I've experienced in a racing game it's not bad.
So this video is me trying to get some nice drifts, then failing at racing the motorcycle and after that just testing some of the other modes. I hope you like it! :D
You can buy the vehicles you like, modify them and drive around the US while listening to you favorite music and sometimes run into other players. There aren't that many from what I've seen so I get that this isn't the most popular game out there but it's still pretty cool. The only complaint I have so far is the frame rate cap. It's limited at 60 and from what I read it is because the physics of the game are tied to the FPS. So no way of changing it even with playing around with config files. :( other than that it's a really cool and huge game.
