Well Hello There Fellow Gamers And Hivers!
In the last episode of Days Gone Deacon had to deal with some hectic problems! The best part of it all was that he didn't even drag himself into the situation well at-least partly so. He wanted to get his hands on some antibiotics and Skizzo just so happened to know where to find what Deacon was after!
The only problem was that there was a truce between the Rippers and Lost Lake I suppose, not sure with who'm the truce or the treaty was made but what I do know is that it's broken now! Boy oh boy Iron Mike isn't happy with that at all! At-least it wasn't my idea to drag myself over there!
The Beast Of Beasts!
For those who do remember that Ripper with the M249 pounding me down every time in the last episode, well I had to re run that whole first part of the mission again because I never thought of saving as I progressed and when I ran into that beast of a Freaker I wasn't able to save so it would have been what it is anyways!
Well I managed to run through the first part much faster than the first time since I knew exactly what needed to be done.
I wasted no time pushing through the Rippers to get to where I left off the last time!
That's why I decided to call it quits on trying to kill this beast in the previous episode, laughs I've been down that road as a gamer. Once you lose and keep on losing there is absolutely nothing that can drag you out of that loss streak except you calling it a day and coming back another time.
I had a feel for the recoil on the M249 now and I was able to handle it a lot better and I mean a lot better! I hit 80-90% of the shots compared to the first time where I'm guessing I landed like 30-50% and that in it self made all the difference this time.
I have to give credit to the fact that I somewhat knew where to run and find those explosive crates and also the timing I had to use when dodging!
So if you ever run into a brick wall just fall down and call it a day!
Things Are Not Looking Good With Boozer!
Well in general everything at Lost Lake isn't looking good at all!
Rikki radioed me while I was still in Ripper territory and I absolutely couldn't tell her that I was there. Besides it wasn't necessary at all. The Rippers followed me back to the bridge which is the border. So now they know who started all of this!
It won't be long till Iron Mike finds out about this! Again at-least Skizzo came to me with this idea!
It's not all on me!
At this point Rikki didn't really care or at-least Deacon couldn't care less if she knew or not, Deacon knew why he did what he did and it was to save the only one that he had left! The only person, and how far are you willing to go to save that one person you have left?
To the ends of the earth I hope!
Addy wanted to take Boozers arm and Boozer would have none of it, Deacon as well at first but when Addy told him it's between his arm or his life he hesitated for a second or two and then decided to comply.
It wasn't an easy thing and it really dug deep into Deacon's heart to do what he did!
But it had to be done! It had to be done!
Iron Mike Knew!
I honestly expected Iron Mike to be a great deal more upset, although he did somewhat play with Deacon's feelings.
The old man, was easy. Easier than I thought he would be! But what happened was set in stone and there was no way of changing that, no way at all! So he decided to play on Deacon's feelings asking him if he is happy with playing with other men's blood!
In all fairness if it was me in that situation I'd have done exactly the same! I would not have thought twice about that!
There is a war to come and it's going to be brutal enough on its own!
