Hello to all the gamer community, before I start this article I apologize for being away from this community for a while, I had a very complicated week between errands, family matters and work, reaching the point of being very exhausted and without energy to write and share, but everything is over and here I am again.
Today I will not do a review as usual, but rather I will do a very special article, because today is the international gamer's day, something that many gamers still do not know, but that's why we colleagues are here, to transmit this information so that everyone can celebrate this fabulous day.
What makes you a Gamer?
Many will think that, to be a gamer, it is necessary to fulfill a list of requirements, such as having several consoles, playing many video games, being a master in different types of genres or other things, however, this is not so, indistinctly what title you are playing, if you have one or no console, if you play in emulator or have a hobby with a Smartphone game, you are a gamer because you like video games, so you can feel proud and celebrate this special day.
How did the Gamer's Day originate?
It may seem like a simple story, but from a certain moment this day began to be celebrated, it all started in 2008 (year in which the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii were taking over the market), when the European publisher Axel Springer decided to make in several of its magazines a movement which many gamers of the time were moved, exactly on August 29.
On that day different articles were launched promoting that date as the gamer's day, motivated by the different releases of important and relevant videogames, being one of the most remembered dates by the gamers of those years, it was so much the impact that, from that moment, the gamers decided to proclaim August 29 as the international gamer's day.
Despite being a simple story, it was the beginning so that every year all those people who feel a small or great passion for video games can celebrate their day, share their experiences with their friends or family, or as in my case, share with you a small review of how the celebration of this day originated.
Even if you are tired, you have some problems, your studies take up your time, you have to dedicate space to your family, or many things that come up in your life, never stop playing, there is time for everything, even if it is 30 minutes or three times a week, if you love this world it is not necessary to move away, simply establish a balance so that it does not affect your life or responsibilities.
I hope you like this little article, if you consider yourself a gamer write in the comments section how was your first experience and what games you are currently playing. Thank you very much for reading this little post and have a great Gamer's Day.
