There's going to be less writing here, and more memeing. Let's get ready to take a crack at those cheeks of yours, because if you're not done facepalming, you're only laughing in vain because truly there's nothing worse off than video games being terrible.
That's almost as bad as e-waste at this point. All that hundreds of millions of dollars, and talent wasted on making a low quality or broken product. Digital waste is more like it.
The new Factions game, the Last of Us multiplayer spin-off, is indefinitely delayed. What an L move for Naughty Dog. Another one is a shot at their botched PC ports.

I actually hope they keep screwing up, I mean, look at this footage. That is treasure 💎.
Imagine just apologizing for a bad release of a bad game, I mean it was going to happen. Didn't seem like they were interested in getting this to work properly, either. What a sad, terrible game and waste of Luminous Studio's time. Square Enix should be given the crown for worst company, not Konami.
End result was the studio got liquidized, staff got redirected elsewhere, and the game sold poorly.
In all honesty, this was less of Phil Spencer's issue, and more of Bethesda's purview of bad decisions. This game happened straight after Prey failed to match sales expectations, so to make it up, the company assigned Arkane Austin to work on a games as a service title.
Staff right afterward started leaving, including the game director. This was made by a literal skeletal crew. Microsoft needs to have a grip on Bethesda's quality control, just to lessen concerns even on the upcoming Starfield game, which is months away.
If you have a console, like PS5 or XSX, just play it there. Ignore this god awful port. A brilliant game ruined by this terribly optimized port. Even after numerous patches, game breaking bugs ruin saves, and the worst crime is having to stay on the internet to play this. Why? Just why?
I hope EA is paying attention, like real hard. This is not how we want to play our games, and EA's own game launcher has proven time and time again difficult to work through.
I guess this is as good as a LOTR we'll get these days. Look, just play Shadow of Mordor games. Or the other titles that came before it. This and after the lackluster TV shows, it brings into light how much companies want to exploit an IP; just so they can make a quick buck and be on there way.
