I realized I have a lot of games on my phone that are based around earning crypto of some sort (most popular obviously being Satoshis for Bitcoin). I figured why not start covering the ones I enjoy and reviewing most of them that are worth the time so others can make better decisions on what to spend their time on. Obviously with any earning game, there are going to be ads. This is a spot I can honestly give Bitcoin Bounce by Thndr some props – you can give the game a go many times (around five to eight) before an ad is forced on you. That is about where the positives end for Bitcoin Bounce.
Graphics and Sound
Bitcoin Bounce is a little bare bone, but what is here is clean and clear. I did not notice any background music on by default, just the sound effects as you play. That is a nice touch, let the player get in the zone and enter Zen mode as Bitcoin Bounce is going to quickly infuriate most of us.
Graphics are smooth, powerups scattered around the level each have a nicely detailed effect on them. There is no slow down or anything like that that I saw on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. There is just not that much going on to slow down a more modern phone.
Challenges and Maddening Moves
You are going to get into Zen mode and catch yourself tapping to drop the ball at the wrong time because a platform you came off speeds you up. It is a bit of a mind glitch to see in action and will cause you to have to restart or watch a video to continue.
Bitcoin Bounce has a few things like this that will mess with your sense of distance. It will make you mad and likely rage quit so remember, that device you are playing on costs A LOT more than a pillow or something soft nearby you could throw.
I do want to address the earning potential of Bitcoin Bounce. It is really non-existent. I played for over 15 minutes total and earned two Satoshis. That is horrible earnings for time invested. I think the earning is linked to your distance beaten but I am not sure. The game is not clear on how to earn either.
If you want a jumping auto runner then Bitcoin Bounce may be worth your time. If you are looking to earn some Satoshis, do not bother. There are far better earning games out there to try out.
