It is really interesting watching the Sega Dreamcast fan market do its thing. Especially since the hardware was basically off the shelf components, easier for developers to learn the ins and outs of so they can make better games.

Sad to say but what brought the Dreamcast down, and put Sega out of the console market, is what is keeping the Dreamcast alive today with new releases. It all started with that ease of hacking the hardware.
