The Hacker of Morocco, Cypher. A technology enthusiast that creates high-grade gadgets and easy to install. He also likes radiants since it powers up his precious inventions. No one can hide secrets from Cypher. Always be ready, your secrets might in his hands, waiting to be revealed. Cypher might be watching your right now. 😉
His lore might tell us that he's protecting his nation or family from an exploit from the kingdom or some sort. These voice lines tell us so.
Nothing is sure yet since Valorant lore still isn't out. So this is just a hunch.
Abilities
Tripwire
Cypher throws a portable tripwire between 2 surfaces in a straight line. Allies can pass through it but enemies will trip it. When tripped, enemy tripped by the wire will be visible on the map and can be seen through the wall. This limits the enemies movement and after some time, it shocks and dazes the enemy. Can also be destroyed when tripped.
The enemy might see the Trip Wire if they are close enough and can be destroyed. Cypher can pick it up again and replace it somewhere or save it for the next round.

Cyber Cage
Cypher throws a portable device that emits a cage-like white cyber wall that blocks vision and makes a sound when enemies passed through it. It is detonated by Cypher.
Can be triggered using Spy Cam.

Spy Cam
Cypher holds a folding camera then attaches it to a wall, stealthed. He can look through the camera but then his body is unable to move and the camera becomes visible to the enemy. It can be destroyed, stealthed or not. This can be used to trigger the Cyber Cage.
Cypher can shoot a tracking dart from the camera. If an enemy is darted, reveal the enemy agents whereabouts and stays revealed until he removes the tracking dart. Can be also picked up again.

Neutral Theft
Cypher throws his hat to an enemy corpse to hack the enemy's tech, revealing the location of enemies. Good for creating opportunities, exploiting the weakness of enemies' position.

Tips
Cypher's information gathering is superb since all of his abilities can give your team tons of information. Tripwires can stop flanks, so your pushes and defends will not be disrupted by unpredicted flanks. Use it with your Cyber Cage and you'll get a free kill if they are not careful enough. I'll make a saying here and now, "a well-placed Camera will win you a round or 2." And once your push or defend is successful, it's a bonus to use your ultimate. That'll give you free wins against same skill level.
