Online Gaming vs Killing Bots

I've been playing games since the 2000s. In those years, of course, there were game consoles. Atari, tetris and gameboy were like the legendary game consoles of those years. There were also arcade halls in those years. You could play on the game machines in the arcade halls when you paid the hourly fee. Later, computers with large monitors that you see in the first picture started to take their places in homes.
My gaming adventure started on these computers. The games I remember are NeedForSpeed2, Bomberman Fifa 2002 etc ...Later, with the gradual development of hardware and software technologies, the hardware became quality and better games developed in parallel.
All the games I described above were played against the computer, artificial intelligence. Let's talk with Counter Strike terminology, we were fighting against bots. You were always superior to bots that predicted what to do when, and somehow you could defeat them. At worst, you could pass the game sections with a few tries by restarting from the last section you saved. This situation showed that after a while, it did not matter which game you played with how high quality hardware. Because you were always human, and the one in front of you was artificial intelligence. And in those years, you would always win against artificial intelligence. I know that what I mentioned above as artificial intelligence is not actually the artificial intelligence we understand today. In fact, there was nothing in the name of intelligence in the opponents that we encountered in the games we called bots at that time. They were just competitors who only knew what to do when. We cannot even compare them with the artificial intelligence we know today. Today, in chess, dota 2, go, and other games you know, AI easily beat people. Even those who follow the subject from afar know these facts.
Anyway, I guess I got a little out of the theme. After a while, fighting against bots started to really give me no pleasure. I remember starting to think I wasn't fighting. I was just passing episodes. It didn't matter what game it was. I was just looking for the real challenge. While my friends were enjoying the Asassin's Creed series, the Medal of Honor series or the Call of Duty series, I was far away from these games. This situation even caused me to disconnect from the game market for a while.
Playing Against other People
After staying away from the games for a while, I entered in new searches and found the fighting environment I was looking for. I found the challenge I wanted in games such as Dota 2, Counter Strike Global Offensive. You can play 5 vs 5 ranked or fun matches in these games. What matters to me is that my teammates and rivals are human, not bots. Even nowadays, games such as PUBG and Fortnite have been added to these games. I'm a bit old-fashioned so I can't adapt to new games like PUBG.
But CS: GO and Dota 2 always gives me that combat environment I am looking for in the best possible way. And I haven't been able to play against bots for a very long time, regardless of graphics quality. Sounds ridiculous to me, unfortunately I have to say that. (except special games for me) In fact, I have to say that I have PS4 Pro right now and because my PSN Network subscription ended and I did not renew my subscription, I unpacked the PS4 Pro. Because if you do not have a PSN Network subscription, you cannot use the online feature of your games. That's why I can't play my games like Fifa 2021, Gran Tourismo.
