How are you hiver everywhere hoping for good news. Thank you Eating out Community by . Legendary lotek stall a small stall called Lotek Bu Amir, located on jalan Pelabuhan 2, Selagedang, Sukabumi city about 8 kilometers from where I live.
Lotek stall has been selling since around 1997 and open from 7 am to 3 pm. Lotek is a traditional food whose ingredients are vegetables that have been boiled and sliced into small pieces such as, long beans, jackfruit, pumpun, cabbage,Bean sprouts, kale, carrots.

Then the spices are ground using fried peanuts until smooth, brown sugar, salt,Chili for those who like it spicy. Vegetables are mixed with spices and stirred plus pieces of tofu and kupat Made from coconut leaves filled with small rice.
Lotek Bu Amir also sells karedok, rujak uleg, rujak cuka. If karedok the ingredients are raw vegetables such as, cabbage,cucumbar, eggplan, Bean sprouts. And the spices are almost the same as lotek.
If rujak uleg, the ingredients are from thinly sliced fresh fruits such as pineapple, mango, guava, papaya, jicama. The seasoning is brow sugar, salt,fried peanuts, the presentation can be separated from the seasoning with the fruit slices.
I came to Lotek Bu Amir bought one portion of karedok, one portion of rujak uleg to eat on the spot, and also ordered one portion of lotek to take home. One portion each costs 17.000,-IDR ($1,04), I ordered 3 portions it is 51.000,-IDR or ($3,14).
Quite cheap and delicious, this Lotek stall has three people, Mrs. Amir who makes lotek,karedok and rujak uleg, two people as her assistants.
