Greetings everyone
How are you hive friends, wherever you are?. Thank you Eatingout Community by as manager. This time my family and I had lunch with a Soto menu located on the Banyumas Purwokerto area, Central Java.
Yes, there are many types of Soto in Indonesia and each region has its own type of Soto food. One of them is a typical food in the Banyumas area, namely Soto which has been around since 1978. Its name is Raja Soto Lama Sokaraja.
The difference between Soto and soup lies in the spices, soup's seasonings is quite simple. Of course, Raja Soto Lama has many visitor, both new and existing. I am a new visitor but my family has stopped by Soto Sokaraja several times.
Every day no less than 300 bowls of Soto are sold, especially on holidays, the number of Soto sold is even higher. Before ordering Soto look for a seat, then look at the food menu. There is Soto beef, there is Soto chicken and Soto mixed.
My family and I ordered Soto chicken, even though there are many visitors. The service is fast and not long, the order arrives. The way to serve Raja Soto Lama Sokaraja is using a bowl container.
The first thing to put is sliced kupat, kupat is rice that is put in a container Made of coconut leaves and boiled. After filling the kupat, then put the spice sauce, given spring onion, fried onions.
Then the waiter brings the shirt, provided peanut sauce and Chili sauce for those who like Chili sauce. Raja Soto Lama Sokaraja tastes distinctively savory and delicious.
One bowl of Soto is quite filling, the rupiah spent to pay for five portions of Soto bowls. One bowl costs 28.500,- IDR ($1,70), we ordered five bowls. So the total is 142.000,- IDR ($8,53). Quite affordable.
Thank you for stopping by
