Greetings!
The past few weeks have been kind of stagnant for me when it comes to gardening because I haven't planted new crops as I am waiting for the previous crops that I planted to grow and some of my chili seeds to germinate. I tried to plant lots of red chili seeds because red chili here in our country has become very expensive with prices ranging from $7 (USD) to $21 (USD). My first attempt at planting red chili seeds that I bought did not yield any germination so I decided to plant some of the seeds that I harvested from my previous red chili plant and as of the moment I am seeing positive signs.
Weeding out my Cassava crops
While I was waiting for some of my crops to grow I noticed that I again needed to weed some of my crops. The first that I weed out is my cassava. I love that all of the cassava cutting that I planted is all alive and thriving. Weeding all of my cassava plants is surprisingly easy as the soil around them is soft which is possibly an effect of my frequent watering.

Weeding out my Tomato crops
Another that needs weeding is some of my tomatoes (those that I planted near a weedy section of my land plot. Just like on the cassava weeding out the tomato is surprisingly easy as the soil around them is also soft.

Organizing Seeds
After I finished weeding I took time to organize my seed collection which was weeks in the making. Weeks ago I asked my wife to buy small containers that I could use to safely store my seeds and I love what she bought me for. The container is perfect for my collection of seeds.
Introducing my first-ever Sugar Cane
When I was young one of the sweet foods that I loved to gobble is purple sugar cane. So, when one of my relatives gave me a sugar cane I saved a small part of it and I soaked it in a cup of water and let it develop roots. After a few days, I was so happy to see roots coming out of the bottom of the sugar cane.
That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.
