My entry to #HiveGarden QOTW #5:
Do you ever make a drink from ingredients from your garden?
Most evenings, mainly in winter and autumn, when I finish outside and before heading in, I make two stops. one in a garden bed to pick up some mint leaves, then another in my herbal bathtub for Lemon Balm leaves.
leaves with which I than make myself a soothing end of the day infusion.
as you can judge from the photos, both the garden bed and the bathtub are equipped with an #electroculture antenna hence the plants are properly charged ⚡
you can also see how plants share space in our farm as they would in nature. Artichoke alongside Egyptian onions alongside Mint all thriving.
the central piece in this heavy cement bathtub is the antenna and again many different plants happily sharing the same space. There is two types of Thyme, Rosemary, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Honeyberry..
this space is also teeming with life both in the soil as above with bees and other insects that are attracted to the many different flowers it offers.
thank you for stopping by 🙏
wishing us all a peaceful weekend and happy gardening 🌱
